AP holders, MNNSHP, and parking...

If you're an AP holder you get free parking anyway.

We've been AP holders for years and have never been denied free parking. We always stay on site but always have a car and drive to most of the parks. Between the on-site parking pass and the AP, we've never even been questioned or asked to pay, even for MNSSHP and MVMCP.

I'm pretty sure as Annual Passholders, we had to pay for parking one year when we arrived after the 7 o'clock party start. However, last year we arrived earlier and did not have to pay. I think it is all in the timing.

As long as you get to the park during operating hours, you'll be fine.
In fact, we were able to park in the diamond parking - which was two rows down from the little bridge by the kennel :)

hi
everybody has to pay for parking after 6pm for the halloween party and the christmas one as we found to our cost when we went to the halloween party this september. if you arrive at the parking lot before 6pm your ok!!

You just keep driving all the way up to the front - there aren't parking crazies out there guiding you that late :)

The policy is worded as follows:

You are entitled to admission during normal operating hours to the following Theme Parks as well as Theme Park parking (excluding special events requiring separate admission charge) and the freedom to visit multiple parks on the same day:

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park
Disney-MGM Studios
Epcot
Magic Kingdom Park

Enforcement, like so many policies relating to Disney, varies from CM to CM.
