700 SSR / OKW points for Rent or Transfer $15pp

I am a super experienced DVC member and renter for the past 20 years and have the following DVC points for rent or transfer

400 Saratoga Springs Resort - June 2020 points
300 Old Key West - October 2020 points

Rental rate = $15 per DVC point

I can reserve SSR or OKW from July 2020 to June 2021
I can reserve other DVC resorts from July 2020 to February 2021

Just reply to this post or send me a message with your request and I will check availability and price

Please include the following

1. Check-In date
2. Check-Out date
3. DVC location (SSR, OKW, BLT, AKV, VGF, etc.)
4. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
5. View (standard, preferred, lake, theme park, savanna, etc.)

Payment terms - I accept checks (personal, business or bank) or PayPal (add 3% to cover PayPal fees)

50% deposit when you receive an email with the Disney confirmation (usually same day)
50% final payment at least 90 days before check-in

FYI - I have received a few small point inquiries (such as one night at SSR) and have to pass on those requests as Disney frowns on anyone with more than 20 rentals per year and need to limit rentals to around 100 points per reservation.
