What a nightmare it is for a family of five. I just love it when they say "Oh you will need 2 rooms." I can bearly afford the one room, never mind two. We also stayed at POR and we liked the property very much. The only negative is that the room is incredibly small and you have teenagers. I had an 8, 6 & 3 year old last year and I thought things were tight. After our trip last year, we decided to invest in DVC. The investment was very tough for us financially, but we believe it will be well worth it in the long run. We just can't see ourselves in one hotel room when the kids get older. We can now stay in a 1 or 2 bedroom villa. Are you aware that you can rent DVC points from an owner and stay at the properties for almost 50% of the rack rate as long as it is not a Friday or Saturday night. The DVC studios only accomodate 4, but Disney will not stop you from having 5 in a DVC studio. However, they will not give you extra bedding or a cot, so you would need a sleeping bag. Or you could just rent out a suite. If you are interested check out the DVC Rent/Trade board.
