I'm not sure of the ages of your children, but since you are doing a 3 night cruise you may not want to miss one of the rotation dining rooms with Palo date night (Palo brunch is not available on 3 nighters as there is typically not a sea day).
One option is that you could go to the dining room with the children and have an appetizer etc and schedule Palo for later on like 8:30 or so. The other is that you could order room service or hit the fast food options prior to taking the kids up to the kids clubs and then skipping a night.
If the kids are a little older they do serve food at meal times in the club but due to allergic reactions it is very bland and limited. They announce food but don't make sure everyone eats. Many younger children leave without ever eating dinner. If you choise for your children to check themselves in and out, they can leave and go get food when hungry.
