As stated, Vegas is not for kids. There are a few diversions that will interest them, but not enough to fill an entire vacation. Most kids you do see look bored. If you do take someone underage - do not plan on gambling.
True story:
I was playing poker at TI and there was a kid (about 13) hanging around one of the walkways. Every once in awhile he would hang over the railling to watch the poker action. When he did this the poker staff would instruct him to move away as he was not allowed to get that close to the room even though he had not entered the room itself.
Eventually after a few warnings one of the managers went out to talk to him. She reminded him that he had to stay so many feet away. She then asked the kid where his mon or dad was. The kid then points out his dad sitting at one of the tables in the room.
If you want to go to Vegas you will have a better time if you leave your daughter at home.
