No, you won't make it. Soarin' is normally 20-25 minutes minimum, even using a FP.

No way, I have never made it through Soarin' in under 30 minutes.

It's 9 minutes for each reset (doors open, sit down, safety check, ride time, gathering belongings, exit). You spend 18 minutes (9 minutes listening to Putty while the previous group does their ride) every time you ride unless you are the first riders of the day (maybe even then, too, I've never been the first!). And then you have to count the FP line before the split, and walking down the queue, and walking back up the queue. And that's just the ride, not the walk to Norway.

You will be late. Normally they want you to check in at the podium ~15 minutes early.
