Have been back home from our vacation for almost 2 weeks now.
However on our last day in the parks - 13 days ago now I booked a lightning lane via Apple Pay for Snow White's Mine Train at 2 x $10 plus tax.
The problem was that it didnt book it first time as it said someone else had taken the...
What is the best way of getting to mini golf at Fantasia Gardens from All Star Sports by bus? I know Winterland Summerland is closest but want to try Fantasia Gardens this time - is it accessible from Disney Springs?
We are staying at Disney now and wanting to go to Universal either tomorrow Thursday or Day after Friday. Which is best do you think? Is either day slightly quieter at the moment?
We are at Studios at the moment almost 2.30pm now. We are eligible to book another pass - going to Epcot in a few minutes and thought after 2pm we would be able to book our next ride over at Epcot but cannot.
Do we have to have physically hopped to the next park before booking Genie plus? We...

Hi we are almost ready to fly out from UK and staying at All Star Sports for 10 nights.
We need to cut down our luggage so
Are hairdryers still in rooms?
Can you still take room towels to pool? (assuming they still don't have pool towels available at value resorts)
Are there still basic...
Have you done online check in for your Disney hotel before leaving the UK?
I tried to do it but it doesnt like my UK mobile number and wont let me proceed.
On Sunday we are travelling from the UK and staying on Disney property for 10 nights but we want to go to Universal for 2 separate days.
We have been (many) times before and just want to spend one day in one park during the first part of our holiday and the second day in the other park - no park...
Just returned from Spain via Manchester T2 and queues were massive - and dont even get me started on the chaos in the car park after we flew back in. We did have Fast Track on way out ( grab it if you can as they suspended it for a while) and no check in luggage so OK but lines at check in...
We are due to fly in 7 weeks time so I was checking the rules. We are flying with TUI and it says key in your booking reference to come up with list of test providers so I did that and all of them are self test antigens but none require a video link so they can check it is you thats doing the...
WL - number one - always have to visit when we go even if just to watch the Electrical Water Pageant
OKW - mainly because we were upgraded from a studio to one bedroom as our AC wasnt working and no other studios available
ASM - for nostagic reasons - our first (visited twice more also)
Thanks I thought so too but there was a massive wait on the phone so I tried to contact them via a message as per their website which said they would get back within 72 hours - nothing nearly 2 weeks later - not the best start - I did book BTW
Was just about to book for July for 10 nights. We only want to visit for 7 days and go to Universal for 2. Was about to add on tickets - 7 Day Magic with Genie + but Tui booking site says that 7 day Magic ticket expires 7 days after first use - other sites eg Attractions Direct say that the 7...
An update on my email to Virgin re cancellation request :
Sorry to hear that you've been affected by our cancellation. We can certainly look to offer you a refund, or just so that you know, we are also running an incentive for customers who choose to re-book/leave their ticket open to travel...
I tried emailing and although I got acknowledgement, I am still waiting for reply. I tried the Whatsapp method and this seems to be a much better way to request a refund - thanks.
Yes typo - that is my return date 11th September MCO-MAN. You are right Girldreamer Virgin's email does say they have converted to an open ticket which is very cheeky as I want a refund too. Did they just mention one leg of your trip on the email? (in my case the return?)
Plus already received...
Virgin have just emailed me to say that my flight has been cancelled - weirdly return one only 11th September MAN-MCO - no mention of outbound as yet.
I have now emailed Disney UK to cancel my hotel and tickets as my balance is due next week.
