Wow! 41 hours is a LONG time!!!! My power goes out once in a while but can't remember the last time it was more than a few hours.

The best part about the power going out is that it feels SO GOOD when it comes back on!!!! :yay:

OH HAPPY DAYS IN TEXAS...

So happy for may friends and family who work at Blue Bell! It may just be ice cream to some, but it's a job and income for many in my town!

  1. ...our beloved BLUE BELL ice cream is back on the shelf after a l-o-n-g "drought". We even have "I survived the summer without Blue Bell" shirts! The HEB store in Brenham sold 232 half-gallons in 15 minutes with Cookies 'n' Cream (DGD's FAVORITE) selling out in 30 minutes! (DD was able to find C/C pint size in our local Brookshire Bros. :yay:) The PERFECT birthday gift for DH today! :cool1: :tink:

ya I had to clean our fridge out completely this morning I guess I have to go shopping now after work ;(

ya the rain turned into 90km/h wind there are still about 30,000 people with out power. and I think the number started around 400,000 people on sat with out power and crews are working hard to repair power to everyone.

This is from the MK. But not from the Dwarfs Mine Ride or Tom Sawyer's Island or Enchanted Tales w/Belle.

I'm going over to Frontierland now...the little food service across from Pecos Bill's...on the path from Adventureland toward Splash Mountain? :tink:
