Omg it’s all so pretty!

It's cute but the computer player cheats and it's annoying
It doesn’t cheat, per se, it just has knowledge of every allowable word, many of which are completely fake-looking. I sometimes take advantage of the game’s automatic word-checking to “make up” words when I have high-value tiles I want to place in a particular spot. The real problem with Spellstruck is that it’s too short!

No it blatantly cheats. When I place a word I have to make a word out of every letter touching my new word. The computer doesn't. It frequently lays down words that end up with multiple 2 letter "words" that are just consonants. I've checked them by trying to play them myself. I'm not allowed but the computer is. The reviews for the game mention the same thing.

New ‘The Little Mermaid’ Experiences at Disney Parks

Meet Ariel at Disney Parks

As previously announced, Ariel from the all-new live-action story “The Little Mermaid” will be making special appearances at select Disney Parks this summer! Starting today, guests can be a part of her world at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort and Disneyland Paris.

Visit Walt Disney Presents at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and make your way through the queue to discover stunning concept art from the development of the new film – vibrant illustrations following Ariel’s journey from sea to land. Then step into the picturesque setting of Prince Eric’s shoreside castle, where you are invited to meet Ariel on a beautiful terrace with sweeping views of the sea, pictured above. When Ariel heads to Disneyland Resort, she’ll greet guests in Fantasyland near “it’s a small world.” Guests may discover Ariel where the land meets the sea in a location inspired by Eric’s castle library, complete with whozits and whatzits galore. And during her visit to Disneyland Paris, Ariel and her friends will invite guests to dance and play along with them in an unforgettable musical moment.

While you’re visiting Ariel at Walt Disney Presents, be sure to also check out special props from the film on display along with an exclusive sneak peek of the film.

Disney Cruise Line

Guests aboard Disney Cruise Line can now see the film onboard during their sailings. We can’t think of a better place to see this film than out in the open sea!

I think the parks should have her in a mermaid costume for the meet and greets. The problem is, if I saw her walking around the parks I would wonder who she was. I would know she was in a costume for something. Is she in a show? Is she a dancer? I wouldn’t automatically connect the dots to…oh yeah little mermaid. Put her in a mermaid costume (weLL not walking around the parks lol!) and then I know!

Yeah, like, she's just a lady in a dress. And, sure, technically all of the Princesses are just a lady in a dress, but their dresses are a bit more...MORE, you know?

I agree. I'm guessing Disney made this choice to try and avoid adult guests being inappropriate with her. It's sad that that's something they would have had to think about.

Ariel is always portrayed with legs in the Princess marketing stuff, and in every other meet and greet except for the grotto. She has fins exactly one other place in WDW, FoF. This is something awfully weird to be hung up on.

And like…kids don’t care. The 90 minute wait time at HS today speaks for itself. I promise you for a lot of us, kids and adults alike, this particular Ariel is not just “a lady in a dress”.

I don't think anyone's "hung up" about it, I just think she's cooler as a mermaid. I mean, wouldn't everybody be? 😁 I get that it is more limiting as she can't move around, but still.

Also, Ariel appears as a mermaid in Fantasmic! I still miss the Voyage of the Little Mermaid stage show - that was my favorite!
