Thanks again for this group and all the tips!! We are on boarding group #1. We lined up the join buttons. We used clocktab .com and counted down. Clicked join at 6:59:59. We were on AT&T service on cell. Offsite.

Forgive my ignorance- what does it mean to "line up the join buttons"?

It means to scroll the hame page so that the join button under the AT-AT picture lines up with where the join button on the next page will be. This helps so you’re clicking the same spot on the screen rather than moving your fingers to each join button.

I really wish Disney would limit rides and ADR's at popular restaurants to ONCE per person for the first TWO years after said ride or restaurant opens. They have the technology to do it. There is PLENTY of other things for visitors to do than the new rides and it would make it more fair. There is no reason for them NOT to limit these establishments on new attractions. And yes, someone traveling 20 hours and getting to go once every 5 years SHOULD take priority over AP Drone #546 who is on their 17th ride.

The problem is there'd be repercussions. Would deter many guests from returning within 2 yrs or buying APs. Would you be willing to pay an extra 20% for your trip to achieve that privilege? Something would have to give whether raising prices or making cuts elsewhere to recover from those losses.

On Christmas Eve, we scored group 12!!! My son on time.gov was counting down the seconds which helped tremendously. I'm on an old I phone 7 on Pop Century hotel WiFi. I had read somewhere that they take an average of 11 groups an hour, so my guess was our window to ride would be anywhere from park opening to one or two hours after....My son went back to sleep and we planned on not getting to the parks till closer to 10am.... After getting ready for the day, I checked my phone at 9am and I was surprised when our group was called 20 minutes BEFORE park opening!!! Then realized that my whole family were still lazily in bed!! Our notification said we were supposed to ride before 9:40am!...I got all my kids up out of bed and moving (4 college aged young people who don't like mornings, including two girls who have to get ready and look good or they're NOT going out) and thank goodness we stayed close to the skyliner, or we probably would not have made it in time if we had to take a bus or drive. We were about 3 minutes late, which was not an issue.

So now with hopping allowed, what’s the deal? I was watching a live-streamer this morning who was at Animal Kingdom at opening, so he must have had that as his park reservation. But he has a boarding group for ROTR already. How does that happen?

If the streamer is a Club 33 member, they can have multiple park pass reservations for a single day. That's the only way I can think of it being possible since I have not read of anyone else being able to do this.

Editing to remove post, bad info

She got a Boarding Group? I didn’t see that part. They’ve said you can only get the 7 am with a HS Park Pass, and then at 1 pm, you have to be in the park- park hopping starts at 2...
Oh my bad, lost track of the thread I was on.

Scratch what I said. 🤦‍♂️

Which method exactly? I read the first post, there didn’t seem to be any specific advice, am I missing something? It’s harder to read everything from my phone. I’ll be able to read on a computer tonight, maybe I am missing something! Thanks!
I’m trying to piece it together myself. Best I can tell is not to refresh and just hit join over and over.

BG 10. I was counting down the seconds with the app open. Impulsively did the join spam process right when it turned 7. On Verizon cellular. Worked out!

When you all state the boarding group will automatically include everyone in your party with a HS park reservation, does your party include just the people on your resort reservation, or anyone on your Family and Friends list with valid admission and a park reservation for that day, even if they're staying at a different resort? Thanks for any help!

I'm sorry, I'm a disboard newbie...what does AT-AT mean?

No worries, we were all new at one time 😁

The main Disney Experience page has this picture halfway down:

Line up the join on that section with where the join on the next page will be:

Circled in red is where it will be at 7 and 1 eastern time.

Basically,if you click back and forth and the join locations are in the same spot, you've lined up the joins. When 7 or 1 hits, click the first join and immediately click the second join without much effort. The third and final join will remain at the bottom of the screen.

it will include all people in your friends and family list who have a reservation that day regardless of where they are staying.
