Disney World Reservation System -POST 1 FOR LINKS

AP holder here. After being unable to add my second trip yesterday, I was able to add my September trip (5 park days) this morning. It appears that -- at least for some -- the AP glitch is fixed.

I have park reservations each day for both trips. July 11 - 17 and September 11 - 15.

Looks like the AP limit glitch has been fixed! Unfortunately I also was having the problem where all park selections were grayed out and no amount of refreshing would show them as available. In my MDE I have one active AP and two vouchers.

What helped me was to temporarily reassign my two vouchers to another person on my MDE - a name that I controlled, so I could reassign them back to myself when I was done. Once I did that, availability increased dramatically. I was able to get all my park days and only needed to refresh a couple of times.

I held my breath and canceled my existing park reservations because when I tried to reassign my extra AP voucher a message popped up that the voucher had 'fast passes' attached to it. After I canceled the park reservations, I was able to reassign the voucher to my daughter.

I then was able to make the 7 park reservations for my stay.

Next I went back and transferred the voucher back to myself. Upon that transfer, it then said 'nontransferable' - probably indicating that I had the previously indicated 'fast passes' on it, since I just added park reservations to myself on my presently activated AP. In any case, it's still my AP voucher and I don't intend to activate it until fall of 2021.

Hopefully this 'stays' and I'm good to go for my Nov 2020 trip!
 
I am another AP that was finally able to add the remaining days for my December trip. Both times I was able to add days I used an incognito window in Chrome. I didn’t have to cancel any existing days, but I did start with my last day and work back to where I left off. Thanks to everyone for all the advice and I hope everyone who is still trying gets the reservations they need today.
 
Thank you Raggou, without this post I would not have had any success. We started trying at 7am EST, could only book 3 nights on one of our 3 upcoming trips, the AP glitch. My husband was talking to DVC Member services at the same time I was trying to make park reservations. DVC membership tried to fix the glitch but was unable to. They did make a ticket around 10:30am. I continue to try all day long with all the recommended procedures that were posted in this thread. No success, never could get through on a phone call. Finally last night 11 PM EST, I gave it one more try on my iPad using the Firefox browser. Started working, was able to book Park reservations for all upcoming trips. I have to say that there was many times I would click on a date and the parks availability would be grey out For that date. I would keep trying other dates until the parks showed availability, then go back and click the date I originally wanted. Eventually, this procedure worked for me. Took time, but Mission accomplished. Good luck to everyone and thank you so much for all the helpful hints.
 
My resort package is missing and when I try to link it the system tells me that myself and my mother do not exist and even has "Mr" by our names. Here we go again. SMH
 
Okay so thanks to someone on another site I was able to figure out my glitch. Apparently if you had MNSSHP tickets, you need to delete the park reservation made on that day. I was easily able to go schedule other days and then do that date last.
 
Per my TA I went ahead and reserved my park reservations for our Christmas trip. I have AP and resort. Can add my DD once we get her tickets purchased.

FYI took me about 10 minutes and all parks available 12/22-12/27
 
Another day, same problem. I was able to book all day days for me for our September trip. I'm only able to book 1 day for my daughter. She has 7-day hopper ticket with package, and an AP. Why can't Disney IT get it right?
 
HI. I'm trying to call too and I can't get through. My agent was finally able to change our reservations yesterday, but it only let me choose one day at the parks so far and I'm getting the same thing each day where all of the parks are greyed out. I've tried using new browsers, logging in and out, toggling through dates. I assume it's something with our reservation since it was just confirmed yesterday 🤷🏼‍♀️Not sure what else to do except to keep trying to call...
 
A no go here also. Same situation as Judique. Actually lost a day from my July trip by trying to cancel a day and now all are greyed out. Try at your own risk.

The solution that worked last night for me was temporarily transferring the Hopper ticket to another MDE account. That allowed me to book all the days I wanted for Park Passes. After confirming those park plans, the Hopper ticket can be transferred back.

I think it is worth a try. Having both tickets and AP sometimes seems to be the cause of the problem.
 
The AP Glitch cleared for me overnight and I was able to make my reservations with no issue this morning. 5 days total
Cleared for me this morning as well. All set for our 2 DVC stays in December and January! Once again, great constructive thread! Good luck everyone else!

Ours cleared later last night. It was painful - try fail, try succeed, try fail, etc. But we did manage to take advantage of our AP to set up reservations for trips in Nov, Dec, and Jan. Now as long as Disney doesn't lose them somehow, we're good. Absolute craziness. The reputation of the Disney IT team seems to continue. Although, in their defense, I'm thinking their system was never designed to handle something like this, and they were forced to make it fit.

Still only allows me to reserve one day only.
Me too. I am wondering if my 4 day tickets are only linked in the system for my first night, of which I added on and bought my tickets with. I can make reservations for my check in date and checkout date for THAT reservation. The rest of my stay I is 2 DVC resorts and I can’t make any reservations for those 4 days even though I have a ticket that’s good through my entire split stay. I don’t know why it won’t let me book all my days.😥
