Disney World Reservation System -POST 1 FOR LINKS

What helped me was to temporarily reassign my two vouchers to another person on my MDE - a name that I controlled, so I could reassign them back to myself when I was done. Once I did that, availability increased dramatically. I was able to get all my park days and only needed to refresh a couple of times.

THANK YOU for posting this! This turned out to be my problem too! When I took myself out of the mix, I could make reservations for DD. Then, I reassigned the suspect AP to her and I was able to make all Park reservations for me. However, the AP now says it’s not transferable back to me. Hoping IT can fix that tomorrow.
 
Six hours after sending a plea for help, through Chat, I received a reply with basically copy and paste directions from the website. I don’t know if they are just overloaded or what, but the CM did not even breach the possibility of system glitches or offer any useful info for the stated issues.

I've never gotten much constructive assistance from the chat CMs. The one I spoke to Monday morning said he couldn't do anything and I'd need to call a phone CM for assistance. I could be wrong about this, but the chat CMs seem to be more informational (answer questions that customers could find the answers to ourselves if we poke around the website enough).
 
14 hrs and counting still NOTHING!!!!!:crazy2:

im 24 hours in & still attempting/failing to book my remaining 3 days.
It probably took 15 hours to initially book first 3, which were then deleted in order to progress to book a WHOLE WEEK!!!!🤪😗

i must reiterate as others have said; could not have got through at all without this thread.

dh has just snorted in his snory sleep fashion as if to agree. 😂
 
Still can't book DH's Nov and Jan trips (parks greyed out). Guess I'll join the phone queue first thing in the morning.
 
Well, for me at least, the AP glitch cleared overnight and I was able to get everything I wanted. I don’t know whether this is because the system cleared or someone at Disney’s end did something. I used online chat ( nobody answered) and e mailed (nobody answered) but maybe they pressed some buttons.

I'm still stuck with only being able to reserve 6 days out of 26 spread over 5 trips through April. I've tried every single suggested fix. I'm DVC and have an active gold AP and an unused gold voucher on my account, so I guess that's what's tripping me up. This reservation ordeal has given me a migraine.
 
Still only able to have one day. Guess I'll be calling if it's not resolved when I get up.

I think it's a 2 day ticket that is my issue. I have them from the recovery dining deal but I'm also an AP. Anyone have luck getting them to take tickets off your package and keep the resort? I think that would solve my problem.
 
SarahC97 I have the same situation. APs and bought a cash disney dining recovery package due to April cancellation. I had to buy 2 day Base tickets to get the free dining. This am i was able to book 1 day, nothing since, trying all the "tricks". Interestingly, i was able to book all 4 days for 1 person in my party. Same ticket scenarios as others in the party but she worked while the others didn't.

8am here in the UK, gave up last night and went to bed thinking surely when I try again in 10 hours Disney will have rectified IT issues - logged on just now and having exactly the same problem.

Can book one day for 2021, but then all dates then turn grey and unavailable.
  1. Have tried the delete the one day and rebook from back to front - not working
  2. Have tried the whack a mole theory of hitting lots of dates until they become available - not working
  3. Have tried refreshing the date by clicking on it multiple times - not working
  4. Have tried refreshing the actual browser - not working
  5. Have tried 3 different devices - not working
  6. Have tried 2 different types of browsers - not working

PLEASE does anyone have any other tips?

It is crazy that we are having to resort to hocus pocus tricks to bypass the IT infrastructure of such a large company!

I feel like i could cry this has got me so frustrated, I never thought Disney would make us feel like this, there is no magic here at all, I understand it is extenuating unprecedented times but I am bewildered as to how poor this is....

Louise, send a message to WDW using e mail and online chat (available on MDE app). Log out of everything, website and app. Make big pot of coffee. Log in to website and try again. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

If you don’t know anyone to whom you can temporarily transfer the 2 day ticket, to see if that resolves your issue, you can set up a dummy MDE account, where you can temporarily transfer the ticket. Otherwise, a CM should be able to help you with that.
 
YES!!!! This worked!!! I had been trying since 7am EST and was in a "waiting room" all day until 5pm. I was able to reserve Magic Kingdom for the 1st day of our stay, but then when I selected our other days, it had them grayed out and that there was no availability at any park. That was for each day of our stay! I tried this and cancelled the Park Pass for our first day and then went back in and selected our last day. BOOM! All parks available, each day of our stay, and I was able to reserve passes for all 4 our family! You are awesome Tinkerbell1991!!!!!

My issue is the tickets, for some crazy reason, it's not recognizing our park tickets. When I try to link them it says, it says, it seems like you're having trouble, and won't let me to continue. On hold 2.5 hours last night, finally got someone, and you guessed it....disconnected halfway through the conversation! Unbelievable Disney
 
Not really a risk taker, but decided to give it a go.
Was able to book more than 3 park passes, but still not the whole period of our vacation.

There are 4 adults in our party-
One day only able to book for 2 & another just the ladies-no dh!😕
Do you think it's your web browser or account (from an observation point of view)? I just find it strange that it's literally a toss up of whether you'll be lucky enough to book your reservations or get the error message which believe me after yesterday, I know is frustrating as heck!
Have you thought about giving someone else your log in details in the family for then to try it on a different server/browser?
Still really sorry you couldn't book the rest 😔
 
Looks like the AP limit glitch has been fixed! Unfortunately I also was having the problem where all park selections were grayed out and no amount of refreshing would show them as available. In my MDE I have one active AP and two vouchers.

I have the extra annual pass voucher in my account in addition to my active annual pass.

So I decided to reassign it. I got a message that my voucher could not be reassigned because it has 'fast passes' assigned to it. I am the only one on my reservation. I haven't made any fast passes in ages.

This morning I tried canceling one of my three park days. Big mistake - couldn't get it back. Yesterday I did this several times and changed days, but still could only get three days. I'm being forced to call, I guess.
