Disney World Reservation System -POST 1 FOR LINKS

Trying to get through for April. I just got on and it says me and DH reached our park pass limit. We have 7 park days booked for October. Then it says my DD does not have a valid admission. She has an AP that was extended to 3/31/21 and with the extra month will be extended until 4/30/21.

What do I do now? I’ll have to call?

Does anyone have a different number to call Disney IT? Here are the two I have been trying, but they both say 'All circuits are busy'.

407-939-7765
407-939-1936

I also called 407-939-7917 this morning, but I think that is more of a generic customer service number.

PLEASE READ IF YOU'VE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO BOOK ONE OR TWO DAYS ONLY - I've just read on a Facebook page that someone who had only been able to book 1 day before the rest said the parks are unavailable, cancelled that reservation so that nothing was booked then tried again working from the last day of the trip to the first and it worked.
I had nothing to lose as I'd only booked 1 day out of my 14 for this Oct so tried it ... AND IT ONLY WORKED!!!
Absolutely your decision if you want to try this but I promise that I've just been able to book all my days - I'm so happy, I could cry from all the stress I've endured this afternoon haha xxx

This is what worked for me. I posted it a few pages back but I think it got "lost in the mix", so to say. I'm glad this is working for some. For the other's, I hope SOMETHING works for them soon.

Im doing a split stay and I can get 3 passes for the first day but not the last 2 at the other resort

Make sure you go into the second resort reservation & match up the people in your party to the names Disney entered for you.
I had the same issue with a split stay. All I had to do to fix it was go into My Plans & manually confirm each person in the party. I am doing a 3 hotel split stay and had to do it for each leg.

UGH, I've tried that so many times. Are you an passholder?
i am not a passholder.

I too, JUST got an email from Disney about booking reservations. I'm day-drinking at this point, and have a stress headache from dealing with this mess (and calling two insurance companies and an airline today), and the fact that they waited 8 hours after roll-out to email people is just comical. Words cannot describe how relieved I am that I don't have to keep refreshing pages and running 5 million browser tabs. I hope they get this all ironed out SOON (no humor intended there) for those of you still struggling with this poorly-executed system.

So as the day's gone on I've noticed more cast members have started getting snarky on chat or the phone and it's doing nothing for my temper right now

I was capped at 7 days with my AP. I was able to get the 3 park days I wanted for December. I got my first 4 days for my May trip. My last day I got the maxed out error. Hopefully the glitches work out soon. I want to add a Sept 2021 trip on the 28th for hopefully MNSSHP and Food & Wine.

For those with AP issues and not able to book out past a certain number of days (3 to whatever) what kind of resort booking did you have? Was it an AP rate or a general resort only rate? I am wondering if there is a common cause here where people are all booking AP rates where this is happening. My sister, who has AP rate, booked a regular resort only (25% off) rate and had no issue booking all her days.

I got all 5 days of my Swan stay Sept 14 thru 18 just a few minutes ago. I'm an AP holder who just hooked the hotel reservation in earlier today. I used a Android web browser called Lightning.

I don't know what to do here. I have the Boardwalk booked Room only at a special rate. I was planning on adding tickets later on but then the Disney closed and I couldn't add them. Now I can see my days are available in Dec. but I have no tickets so I can't make park reservations. Any advice? Is there any way I can add tickets to my reservation?

For those of you still trying; I'm sorry. I know how aggravating it was for me to see all the success posts. Especially the people who hadn't been trying as long as I had! It was frustrating. That's why I was so happy to finally get to post my success (and the method I used to get there, thanks Tinkerbell1991!)
I hope you guys get in and get your days and soon!

Where can you confirm the names? I don't see an option to do that, and I am the lead person on the reservation anyway, and making park reservations just for me.

At this point I wish they would just put up a splash page - say they have fixes to do, and bring it up tomorrow morning, so we can do it all again. It's so frustrating getting a little farther, or having a slightly different message - all for it to end the same! We all knew this would be bad - but boy, they are stretching the limits for imagination with how much they can mess up!

I have an AP and haven't been able to book past one day. I did have the recovery free dining deal but now have the 35% off recovery deal. But I am still at a resort that isn't going to be open (Wilderness Lodge) and my TA has not changed my resort yet.

I'm aggravated today. Friggin' Mondays.

I anticipated having login issues and such, but I have to say I didn't really envision this glitch where it won't let you book for your whole stay.

Neither my August or December trips are booked with an AP rate.
