If you could only pick one restaurant in WDW what would it be?

Been to so many greats but to truly pick one only, Boma would be it because of the wonderful selection of incredibly delicious food in such an exciting and exotic setting. Boma has come through for us every time and have never been disappointed, plus, for whatever reason, it's the kind of place that always makes you smile when you think about it. At least for us.
Yes! I love Boma too! It is one that is at the top of my list.

Tough choice. Many contenders but I think it is Jiko for me. We are not usually staying there and we tend to turn it into a full evening -- explore lobby displays, savannas incl. night vision goggles, shop, Victoria Falls lounge, etc. Other top contenders for us would be Flying Fish, BlueZoo, Wine Bar George, and Boathouse.

Victoria & Albert's

Right now, for us it's Ohana. We had been there a long time ago and really didn't like it, but recently tried it again and loved it! There have been some menu changes that we favor and I don't know if they stopped doing the kids activities but we didn't see any when last there and that was (to us) an improvement. I also love the Wave and the rest of my family likes Homecomin'

Wow! This changes frequently for me. I know the Rose and Crown has become a family tradition and we've done that restaurant every trip since 1983 but other than that right now I would have to say Olivia's. There's a lot of Signatures on the list thus far but we've got away from a lot of dining in the Signature restaurants and we had a delicious meal here last trip and that Key Lime Pie is out of this world! The service was great and the server was amazing and had us laughing! I've got BOMA, Tiffins, Sebastian's and Space 220 on my "first time" list this coming December so this could change in late 2020.

It used to be California Grill until Yoshi retired during the remodel of 2015 0r 16 then it became inconsistent. Flying Fish is now our go to because it's soooooooo good every time. I hope they bring back the Chef's table tastings sometime soon.

We keep beating on the Sci Fi drum as well. I love sitting back in my seat, glow cubes in my drink, watching the B movie clips and knowing that I'm in the World! It's the same feeling I get when I get my first drink on a cruise and sit back on deck watching the ocean - totally different scenario, but makes me feel like I know life is good!

While a number of these recs are going on my "must-do" list for our trip this fall, our favourite has been Sanaa. Yes, there are fancier meals and more luxurious places, but grazing the bread platter while watching animals graze is perfect for DP and me.

Choosing one is really difficult. I guess I would have to choose Sanaa. It would have been Nomad Lounge but that is a lounge and not a restaurant. But we do like to eat here a couple of times each trip.
