Yes, the first hour is fine. I had a 9:00 FOP fast pass a couple weeks ago on a 9AM opening. I rode standby on the Navi River first, then walked right on FOP. I was the only one in the fast pass lane, there was no other person in front or behind me as far as I could see. The standby was 3 hr wait. It was marvelous to walk right on the ride!

I think that works great actually, if you want to RD Na'vi.
I would show up right around 8:00 to ride Na'vi and then ride FoP with FP. Do the safari and the trail and then you could probably even hit the 10:00 am (assuming there is one that early?) FotLK before your ADR.

I was able to move my 7DMT from early afternoon to 8:50 am.

I’m just feeling tired and sad this morning. Between this ridiculous waiting, not sleeping, and the frustration even more now over not getting a 60 day window at the B resort I am frustrated.

Even more now I can’t risk stopping and possibly missing it after the madness of the last few days.

What could Disney be thinking?

No, unfortunately, you must be 7 or the older rider must be 14

ANY time is a good time for a FoP FP. It's not like any other ride right now. All other FP rules go out the window

Same. I’m not a complainer, but three days now I’ve been glued to my phone all waking hours and have even woken up hourly for 4 hours of my 7 hours sleep each night. I want to give up and just say forget it, who cares about FoP, but I care dang it! Not to mention, I tried at 61 one days and have been trying about 20 times a day since my 60 Days opened back on 2/23. Trolling IT disney dudes, give it a rest and post those suckers already, Mama needs some solid sleep leading up to our leaving for FL this weekend!!

Oh man... I'm exhausted. Kept waking up last night. Not sure if it was because of THIS or because we have been nursing our cat who had surgery the other day and is very high maintenance (he'll be fine, just recovering). Probably both! I checked every time I woke up. Disappointing!
