Unique Offer Code from Disney Destinations

Anybody else receive this e-mail from Disney Destinations today? I got a unique offer code for up to 30% off for stays most nights 5/28-8/31. Book by 7/14/17.

When I clicked on the link "Get Details" it automatically populates the offer code then asks me to enter my Last Name and Zip Code. So I entered all my info and I get an error message "The information provided does not match that in our records. Please check information and try again." Not sure what the problem is...

Looks to be sent out in mistake. I got one too, but there isn't a code. When I click get details it opens the form but it doesn't fill out the code field.

That is a pin code.....do you still live at the same address you did last time you visited? Maybe what they have on record is an old address...you can call and ask if there is a pin code associated with your email

I got one too. There is a code on mine under "Unique Offer Code". These are the pin codes that they send out. For some reason, mine is associated with my maiden name, even though I have been married for 25 years and I never went to Disney before I was married. I have never had a problem having it applied when I call, I just had one for our last trip earlier this month and was able to use it. Give them a call.

I got the same email with no code. Last few times I got one it is always tied to my parents name and address from 13 years ago. Funny thing is I have not lived with them in 23 years but the emails go to my email address and reference their name and NJ address.

Go figure.

I got the same email with no code. On the phone with Disney right now. Will let know what happens.

My mother - who traveled with us in 2014 (so on my reservation, we shared a cabin - my email address) just got her second (or I got the email for her) PIN code this year. I, however, can't get one to save my life ;) I booked our whole trip. The only thing that was in her name was her CC linked to her magic band, yet it's always her name/zipcode (I guess technically, I had the same last name and zipcode... 25 years ago...)

  1. I waited on the phone for an hour but finally got through. Our pin code was there but it wouldn't work when I put in our name. The CM was able to bring it up and apply it to our reservation. Feeling pixie dusted because I haven't gotten a code in years! When I did they were connected to my dads name but on my email so I finally had to tell them to take his name off because he isn't going back to Disney. So I finally got my own!

I got this too but I thought it was another way to advertise the new summer offer they just announced. Guess I was wrong. My email had no code but I will call later.

I thought summer offers are upto 25%, not 30%. Also, in the Disney page, it says PIN validation and not transferrable.

I've lived at the same address for 6 years now and go to disney multiple times a year. This is the first time I've ever gotten a pin code.

I tried my zip code where I lived 6 years ago and it didn't work. So then I tried my zip code from college where I lived even before that and it worked!! So strange they save this info and decide almost a decade later to send a pin code!

So what are the deals that are attached to the pins?

Here are some screen shots. I already have a bounce back booked for Beach Club first week of June which we got for around $300 a night. Just checked this offer and a garden view room is $437!! Thanks, but no thanks Disney.

YAY! Too bad it isn't a better deal then your bounceback, but at least you have that! :)
