Compromise is a Disney word: Taking one for the team over Thanksgiving 2016* August PTR link! 5/28

I'm so jealous of your adults only trips! My hubby and I celebrated our 15th anniversary last November and we had Disney gift cards leftover from our August trip; I wanted to do and adults only Disney World trip, but "settled" for a Disney cruise! While I enjoyed it, I'm regretting not pushing harder for WDW instead because your trips seem so fun! I have 3 little ones (7, 5, & 4) and there was so much we wanted to do in August that got skipped because it was so hot and they just wanted to swim. We were there 11 days and ended up only doing half park days and throwing out all our plans. I need to get my hubby to read your reports so he sees what we're missing out on by not going without kids! I want to do some of the tours so badly and those darn kids just hold us back! Lol

I actually envy you and all the snow you're getting. I'm in Minnesota and we haven't had any snow on the ground for a month and the most we ever got at one time was about 3 this year...I feel like winter missed us!

Sorry, it's another PTR post guys. Since we're snowed in today under 2 feet of snow (currently - still snowing!) I did lots of TA work and spent some time on our May plans including deciding on a tour

:rotfl: us too! Not even sure if I'll be able to go to work tomorrow. Josh said he'd dig out my car....but they might keep him at work for the night plowing without the break we anticipated him having.

I was too lazy to actually get off the couch at any point to grab the phone and book it, but there's always tomorrow!

I have to cancel my Marceline tour for May, and I've been too lazy to call too.

Your plans look great. Makes me want an adults only trip! I feel like you can park hop easier and whatnot!
Even with our kids being older it's much easier to park hop without them. We've done 2 parks with the kids and ONCE we did three, but when it's just us we often do 3 and even did 4 once :goodvibes

I can't wait to hear about the Marceline Tour!
I'm pretty sure I'm going to do a dining report and combine our March and May trips, and I'll definitely include a review of the tour!

I think I saw some pics of your cruise on FB :) We keep saying we'd like to try a Disney cruise, and at some point I want to get out to DL for sure. But whenever we begin discussing the cruise the thought of skipping WDW for that makes me sad...............

I have 3 little ones (7, 5, & 4)
I have most definitely seen pictures of them on FB! Adorable

I remember you telling me that trip was less than stellar, I'm so sorry. I hope you guys are still planning to go back early next year?

I want to do some of the tours so badly and those darn kids just hold us back! Lol
:rotfl2:That they do!

Wow, I would think Minnesota is covered with snow all winter! Shows how much I know  Normally we have quite a bit of snow, whether it's a few inches here and there and then a couple big storms sprinkled in. But last year we had pretty much nothing and then this year, we had a storm that gave us about a foot while I was down in Universal, about 2 inches last Friday, and today. Oh, and a couple inches back in Dec. When I was younger we'd have snow on the ground from Dec. through March, ti's getting less and less and I love the snow!

:rotfl: us too! Not even sure if I'll be able to go to work tomorrow. Josh said he'd dig out my car....but they might keep him at work for the night plowing without the break we anticipated him having.
Around 7:00 they cancelled school here again for tomorrow. Steve did dig our cars out earlier, he drove Ricky's friends back home in my Durango with no problem (they're just around the corner).

Oh gosh that may trip is looking faboosh! Flower and Garden AND homecomin(g)?! Be still, my beating heart. Okay bear with the below quotes... my stupid phone and the stupid piece of shiitinonion soup boards asdfg%*^#~

You are hysterical. My sister in Ga. has temps in the mid 40's too and they have a freeze warning in effect for tonight.
WE SAW FLURRIES! We went to have dinner with R's brother and co tonight and it's apparently sneezing snow tonight in Atlanta. In related news, there's probably been a run on bread, milk, and bananas in every grocery store... and it's going to be 27 tomorrow morning at work time. I have no appropriate suit to wear to work in 27 degrees, much less a business appropriate winter coat...

Apparently for MTMK you go really behind the scenes for HM; on KTTK, and sorry to spoil for anyone, we rode HM and went in a CM door so we saw a bit of the backstage area and learned one or two cool tidbits of info. But sounds like MTMK is much more in depth.
Is the MtMK behind the scenes the ballroom thing? That's the thing I think R would love to see!

I tried to quote your question about the Wilderness Segway tour but my stupid everloving phone would only do the above paragraph or the whole dang post! So... for my interests... I would give it a 6.5/10. Mainly because (and I didn't want to bash him on my report) but I knew more correct disney history than the guide. Now, the segway tour is not intended for or marketed to Disney history uber fans, and the guide was mainly throwing in tidbits for entertainment value but he referred to Walter "Elijah" Disney multiple times, got the timing of the opening of WDW wrong, and repeated some other facts and stories I knew to be myths. Most people wouldn't care or notice this but I'm a dork. Also I was slightly scared of the Segway and I'd rather be learning about Walt than exploring the AMAZING beautiful serene fort wilderness (I'm sorry! It really is wonderful, it's just not my thing!!) I also think our tour suffered due to the construction at the lodge. There was a period of time that we just hung out at the end of the trail at the lodge and I got the feeling there used to be something else there when the path went farther toward the villas and marina. Okay now I'm remembering the horses so I'd give it a 7. It was a fun tour but I honestly think we could have gotten a lot out of just walking around ft. Wilderness on our own.

Meanwhile I would give KTTK a 9 and Backstage Tales a 9.5. I would give Yuletide Fantasy a 3 because only about 30% of it was interesting (eye roll).

Also when I was at WDW a couple weeks ago with my coworker our adorable fabulous amazing KTTK guide from September was working AK guest services when my friend stopped in on Saturday to ask about her disney visa rewards and I told him how much I loved his tour and told him we were on the last one he gave while training and he totally hooked us up with extra FP+. Dang if I don't love those tour CMs.

(Scuttles off to check price and times for Marceline to Magic Kingdom)

Hooray for Marceline! I look forward to hearing (reading) about it! We've never done a tour because of the kids, but I dream of the day when we'll be able to start doing them.

In other news it's now 54 here and I'm still angry. I hope you're getting to enjoy the snow! Or at least, the laziness that it mandates. Although getting TA work done isn't exactly what I'd classify as lazy. ;)

WE SAW FLURRIES!
:rotfl2: :rotfl:  Sorry. Sorry! My sister in Alpharetta sent me a video of her and my 6yo DN in the car at my older nephews lacrosse practice last night - you could barely make out flurries and they were saying, "OMG what are we going to do, it's snowing!!!"

I have no appropriate suit to wear to work in 27 degrees, much less a business appropriate winter coat...
There's a thing my sister posted yesterday on FB that I reposted on @ArielSRL's wall; I'm going to go post it on your wall, too!

::yes::

Love this story :goodvibes

LOL! I'll let you know what we think of the tour-unless you go down and do it before we do it in May which won't surprise me one bit

Hooray for Marceline! I look forward to hearing (reading) about it! We've never done a tour because of the kids, but I dream of the day when we'll be able to start doing them.
The first time we went without the boys my first thought was, TOUR! We've done 3 kid-free trips and did tours on 2 of them. If I had it my way we'd do a tour this month and another one in May, but the March trip is only 3 nights and for whatever reason Steve thinks that's too short a trip for a tour :sad2:

In other news it's now 54 here and I'm still angry. I hope you're getting to enjoy the snow!
OK, you're getting the FB post I sent to Renee last night and I'm sending to Melinda now!!

It's 46 degrees here right now and I'm seriously angry about it. Messing up spring break!
I know, right? Fortunately it is not our Spring Break (ours is first week of April) but I'm still a little annoyed. I really shouldn't complain about our ONE WEEK of winter this year...hahaha...but it is brutal for us Southern folks. I'm at least hoping it kills the bugs! We definitely needed that.

I'm crossing my fingers you do :D
Me, too!!!!

My sister in Ga. has temps in the mid 40's too and they have a freeze warning in effect for tonight.
Alright now, enough with making fun of us! ;) I actually hit an icy patch on the way to work yesterday and I freaked out a bit. I had a really bad accident in college bc of ice - which we seem to deal with a lot here in GA - so it is always kind of traumatic for me. Also, all of our wonderful spring flowers and such have already started blooming so all that will freeze and possibly die this week. Though to be honest, we always seem to get the last blast of winter here in March so people should be smart enough not to plant stuff early! My parents waited to plant their garden so that worked out for them.

Here's a rough rundown of what I plan on doing in May:

Plans look great!

I originally was thinking MK for a couple hours plus I could check out the new opening show,
I was going to ask you if you were going to do this on one of your trips. I selfishly want you to do the research for me! :)

Happily Ever After
I'll be looking forward to your review!

Flower Power concert in May is Herman's Hermits. They're from the 60's so lots of you guys probably don't know them......my mom used to listen to 60's music all the time so I like a lot of it including them.
I'm 43 so yes, I have heard of Herman's Hermits and several other 60's bands from my parents. When I was a kid, we listened to quite a bit of 60's music!

WE SAW FLURRIES! We went to have dinner with R's brother and co tonight and it's apparently sneezing snow tonight in Atlanta.
My DH mentioned he saw snow as well. He works at 285 and 400 (he works for a couple radio stations). I didn't see a thing out in Gwinnett!

and it's going to be 27 tomorrow morning at work time. I have no appropriate suit to wear to work in 27 degrees, much less a business appropriate winter coat...
Yes, 27 degrees in Atlanta is quite inappropriate and unacceptable! ;)

My sister in Alpharetta sent me a video of her and my 6yo DN in the car at my older nephews lacrosse practice last night - you could barely make out flurries and they were saying, "OMG what are we going to do, it's snowing!!!"
Boo hoo, we didn't see any at our house!

There's a thing my sister posted yesterday on FB that I reposted on @ArielSRL's wall; I'm going to go post it on your wall, too!
You just love making fun of us, dontcha? ;)

OK, you're getting the FB post I sent to Renee last night and I'm sending to Melinda now!!
More jokes...lol.

Hi Ariane
I'm sitting in the lobby of the GF while DD enjoys her mani/pedi at the Senses Spa.
Just wanted to say I loved your final update and all the pics.
Looking forward to hearing about your tour in May.
DD loved the Dolphins in Depth tour there was only 4 in their group so they got xtra time with all the dolphins.

Love the plans once again. I'm curious about the Marceline tour. The tours we have done so far are:
  • Keys to the Kingdom (just myself and DH)
  • Wild Africa Trek (all of us...LOVED this one)
  • Family Magic Tour (all of us plus in-laws years ago...it was cute)
  • Divequest (DH...many times...he loves to SCUBA dive and the rest of us aren't certified)
  • Around the World at EPCOT (the old Segway tour...again just DH and myself...really enjoyed this one)
  • Magic Behind the Steamtrains (I think...this one was just DH and my son who LOVED trains...they really like this one)
  • Fishing Excursions on Bay Lake (my family has done this a few times...I haven't gone but they have LOVED it every time)

We've never done any other tours at EPCOT, though it sounds like people really love some of those. My oldest son turns 17 this month and really hasn't asked for anything for his birthday. He kinda got a car last year...I bought one for him to drive and he had some say in it so it's basically like being his. I was thinking of pitching the idea to him of asking if he wanted to do a tour. I don't know if they would even have anything for our May trip, but since we have plans for other return trips we could always try a future date. He loves drawing so I'd love to do Dine with an Imagineer but I'd need to try to book that for another date since what I've checked so far isn't available.

I thought he might enjoy the Segway tour at Ft. Wilderness, or maybe even like Keys to the Kingdom. Plus we'd have to decide which adults would go...me or DH or both of us. I think the other two kids, who are 14 and 12, could handle a few hours alone in Disney together if we decided to both go with him. We'll see what happens.

I haven't done Cape May Cafe in a long time...sounds like a great plan for arrival.

So jealous you get to see Night Ranger, as a huge 80s music fan myself. Enjoy!

OMG guys I had all my pictures in my next post and just had to write it up, and now it's GONE :furious: and too tired tonight to add them all over again!! Anyway, the kids finally went back to school today after 3 freakin' snowdays because apparently, even though we're in a state that regularly gets snow every year, our school district employees who plow forgot how to do their job and it took them over 72 hours to get all the school parking lots cleared :sad2: Now we're expecting another 3" tomorrow morning and possibly a couple more inches Tuesday!

Alright now, enough with making fun of us! ;)
:D

I actually hit an icy patch on the way to work yesterday and I freaked out a bit. I had a really bad accident in college bc of ice -
Oof, I did this about 20 years ago, hit black ice and skidded into a really deep ditch. Car was totaled, it IS very scary.

Also, all of our wonderful spring flowers and such have already started blooming so all that will freeze and possibly die this week.
Same thing is happening here! Because we had those few days of almost 70 degrees lots of things started blooming, and are now buried beneath almost 3 ft. of snow :(

I was going to ask you if you were going to do this on one of your trips. I selfishly want you to do the research for me! :)
I shall make it my job to research this for you!

I'm 43 so yes, I have heard of Herman's Hermits and several other 60's bands from my parents. When I was a kid, we listened to quite a bit of 60's music!
:hippie:

You just love making fun of us, dontcha? ;)
Lol I guarantee if we ever get to meet, you'll be making fun of the way I "tawk" while we chat over "cawfee" (except it'll be wine :drinking1)

I'm sitting in the lobby of the GF while DD enjoys her mani/pedi at the Senses Spa.
Ah, how relaxing :cloud9: I'm really enjoying the pictures you're posting in the March thread!

DD loved the Dolphins in Depth tour there was only 4 in their group so they got xtra time with all the dolphins.
That's great! Do they take any kind of pictures of the guests swimming with the dolphins, like pp pics or anything?

I'm curious about the Marceline tour. The tours we have done so far are:
You guys have done quite a few!

Around the World at EPCOT (the old Segway tour...again just DH and myself...really enjoyed this one)
I've read so many reviews of this and I wish they still did it; I think Steve and I really would have enjoyed it.

My oldest son turns 17 this month and really hasn't asked for anything for his birthday. He kinda got a car last year...I bought one for him to drive and he had some say in it so it's basically like being his. I was thinking of pitching the idea to him of asking if he wanted to do a tour. I'd be kind of surprised if they didn't have anything since I just booked our May tour yesterday, except you are going Memorial weekend :scratchin Oh and the age for Marceline is 12 so all the kids could do that one if they wanted to! If not, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed UnDiscovered FutureWorld and I'd be willing to bet that won't be filled up. I could see a 17yo boy liking that; I think Ricky would.

I thought he might enjoy the Segway tour at Ft. Wilderness,
If you want to read a bit of a review, @pepperandchips did it in Dec. and wrote about it in her last dining report!

So jealous you get to see Night Ranger, as a huge 80s music fan myself.
Awesome! 80's music rules!!!:rockband:

That is so frustrating!!! I hate when that happens. I saved down some photos but was just thinking I am too tired to write full sentences... ha!

Anyway, the kids finally went back to school today after 3 freakin' snowdays because apparently, even though we're in a state that regularly gets snow every year, our school district employees who plow forgot how to do their job and it took them over 72 hours to get all the school parking lots cleared
You must be near my girlfriend. Her little boy just went back to school today, also...

We definitely need to meet up. Are you headed this way this summer? I'll try not to make too much fun of the talking! Lol. I am born and bred in GA but I don't think I have much of an accent. Most people say they have no idea where I'm from.

Oh and I know I mentioned a girls' trip as kind of a joke, but I'm making it happen. It may not be til 2019 as I'm getting APs to use for both our June 2019 and June 2020 trip, but count on it sister!

Hope you're all dug out of the snow. It ended up being mostly a bust here.

Sounds like your May plans are shaping up nicely. Love how the emphasis is on food and drink and not so much ride time. I'd love to get an adult trip in at some point, just not sure Casey would let us get away with it for at least another 20 years or so :-)

Awesome concert choices you all have too. My Mom was a big 50's/60's fan too so I'd be all over Mrs. Brown's Lovely Daughters :-) And of course as a child of the 80's hello Sister Christian!!!!! Keeping my fingers crossed for some good eat to the beat concerts in November, but traditionally we end up there when there is absolutely no one I care about

Hey, I know "That Guy"!!

Alright alright, let's get this thing done before Steve and I leave A WEEK FROM TODAY!! But first, Ricky's knee is heeling so well that against the advice of his physical therapist and the advice of his parents, he decided to play in his rec league all-star game this past Thursday. I was an absolute wreck the whole time and at first refused to look whenever he had the ball, then just took to cringing. He did really good though! First He made 3-3's right away and they were the first 3 shots he put up:

The all star game is pretty much all 9th graders and they've all been playing together for years, and the majority go to school with Ricky. So, they all knew about his injury and they're such a great group of boys that they went easy on him during the game lol. If he had the ball they pretty much left him alone, whereas normally they beat the crap out of each other when they're on opposing teams even if they hang out all the time off the court. He also didn't play defense the way he normally does, which was absolutely fine with me because it was nerve wracking enough for me each time he jumped! When his AAU team starts at the end of April he'll be all ready to go :thumbsup2

In my last update we were braving the line at Gaston's for the almighty cinnamon buns there. Tummies filled it was time to use our first FP's which were split: Space for Steve and I and Buzz for the boys. Ricky has ridden Space before but doesn't like how rough it is; Chris hasn't gotten up the courage to try it yet. Proof we rode:

Horrible picture of the boys, don't tell them I used it!
We had some time until our next FP so took a leisurely stroll through Tomorrowland. How excited I was when near the teacups I spied Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, 2 characters I'd never met before! I jumped up and down begging Chris to meet them with me. I didn't expect him to agree after the big NO I got the day before on Launchpad, but he actually said ok. However he wasn't feeling the approx. 10 minute wait so he found a seat by a planter and proceeded to play in the dirt with a stick while I waited:

Yeah, played in the dirt with a stick. I laughed and took the picture because he's not your typically "little" kid, and this was such a cute little kid thing to do
The line grew steadily behind us while we waited. Alice and the Mad Hatter were meeting on the other side of the teacups in their usual place, Ricky and Steve did.....something, while we did this:

I look a little too excited to be hugging him:

I'm sure you can tell we were invited to drink tea with the twins:

They were a lot of fun. At one point one of them kept covering Chris's eyes and leaning on Chris head. I have pictures of these but I look like the biggest loser in all of them so they're staying in the non-Disney vault.
Now our FP time had arrived and was actually kind of creeping toward being over, and I didn't want to leave without doing Jingle Cruise one more time. I'm just a little confused as to why at this point we walked by the castle??? To get from Tomorrowland to Adventureland?? In any case we caught the end of Mickey's Royal Friendship Fare for about the 15th time this trip:

I wish the picture was more centered because while I don't love the show, I do love when the fireworks go off at the end.
On to Jingle Cruise! Jingle hut:

Inside the cave Jingle stuff:

I tried getting good shots in the cave because it's close to my favorite part of the Jingle Cruise but I failed. Our skipper this time around was Skipper Shannon and she was fabulous!!! The jokes kept coming, totally different ones from when Chris and I rode our first day and all of these were actually funny! At the end all the boats were backed up (as usual) and often when this happens, the skippers will start telling a few rather lame jokes until you move again. Even while we sat there for almost 10 minutes her jokes weren't lame. Great experience to have on a great, holiday themed ride as we were getting closer to departure!
When we got off the boys spotted Sunshine Terrace and had to get the raspberry slushies again. I didn't take pictures since this was our 3rd time getting them but they were just as good! Next up was our 3rd FP for our final ride on BTMRR. Our window opened at 12:40, we rode about 12:50 and while walking up to the loading area I made a 1:10 FP for Under the Sea, which was one of only a few things still available. We headed right there after Big Thunder and after that we were ready for lunch.
Since we'd done CHH already this trip we took the kids to Pinocchio's Village Haus. In Nov. 2015 Ricky got pasta Alfredo here late one night right before closing, and then in Jan. Steve and I ate here and liked it much more than we thought we would. I'll save the review for my final dining report update but I will say here that I love the murals on the wall and little Pinocchio himself watching over his haus:

llage

There's not enough Pinocchio in the parks, I tell ya!
Now the park was pretty damn crowded. Not to scare anyone who is thinking of doing a Thanksgiving trip, this was really only the 2nd day we "felt" the crowds. No decent FP's were left by 2pm so we did one thing that was on Chris's "to do" list that had not been accomplished yet this trip, and stepped into the deep south to visit some bears:

This is something Steve and I don't need to do often but since Chris isn't a huge thrill rider, I like to do any attractions that he enjoys. Oh and Renee @ArielSRL , I'm not making fun of you guys down there with my deep south comment lol! You really can't argue that those bears aren't from the Northeast!
With not enough time left to park hop but still enough time left to enjoy more MK, we went back to what we figured would be the least crowded land. I'd read between our Aug. trip and this trip that the rocks in Tomorrowland had been painted blue but for whatever reason, this was the first time I noticed! Except I say bluish-purple:

I think they look really pretty and much really well. Not sure exactly why they painted them, but I approve. We headed to one ride we assumed wouldn't have a wait, but we all know what happens when one assumes, right? Carousel of Progress actually had a wait! So we stood outside with about 40 people waiting to get in, can you believe it? I've never ridden CoP with that many people before!
It was closing in on DME time and we debated leaving or trying to get one more attraction under our belt. Option 2 won out and we hit a favorite of both boys that Steve and I don't do on our adults only trips, Monster's Inc., Laugh Floor.
Do you recognize anyone on the screen?

Yup, Steve was THAT GUY :rotfl2: The kids thought this was hysterical!!! So did I actually. Being that this was the last attraction we were doing it was SUCH a great way to end. Oh, and here's my proud man with the sticker you get for being a good "THAT GUY" sport:

I'm pretty sure they focused in on him because of his Monster's U. shirt....
With that, we began that sad walk out of our last park. Back then I was pretty sure Steve and I would do another adults only trip before our AP's expired in Aug. 2017 but we had nothing planned and hadn't discussed a time to return so I was, let's say, sad. I brightened up a bit when we got to Main St. and saw this sitting out, because we'd never seen it before:

The kids kind of wanted to sit in it but we had really cut it close as far as getting back to the resort in time for ME, and that lady in my picture (I hope none of you knew here) was taking her sweet time up there as if nobody else was around. She had gotten in, sat, started walking down and then turned around to go back up so her peeps could take more pictures :sad2: Still very cool to see!
I took one final, crooked picture of the MK Christmas tree before we went under the train station:

I didn't say it was a good picture of the tree, just a crooked one.
And since I'm not good at taking pictures while we wait for ME or on ME, that's all, folks! Except that I'll be back with a little wrap up and maybe, just maybe, I'll do a little TR of my Universal TA training that was way, way back in the beginning of Feb. and tack in on here. Stay tuned!

You must be near my girlfriend. Her little boy just went back to school today, also...
Do you know what town she's in or what county? That would be too funny if she lived right here!

We definitely need to meet up. Are you headed this way this summer?
Unfortunately I don't think so :( My sister is planning to come up here with the boys for about 2 weeks in July and my middle nephew really wants to come here, so that's probably what will happen.

Oh and I know I mentioned a girls' trip as kind of a joke, but I'm making it happen. It may not be til 2019 as I'm getting APs to use for both our June 2019 and June 2020 trip, but count on it sister!
I'll be ready for 2019! I'm totally in; we'll make it happen!!

Hope you're all dug out of the snow. It ended up being mostly a bust here.
OMG they couldn't get the parking lots of all the schools in our district plowed so the kids had THREE days off :sad2: If they didn't go back Friday, I was leaving.

Love how the emphasis is on food and drink and not so much ride time
:thumbsup2 Very easy to do sans kids!

I'd love to get an adult trip in at some point, just not sure Casey would let us get away with it for at least another 20 years or so :-)
Maybe you'll get lucky and in 5 or so years she'll agree lol. And when she does, we'll plan one for the same time!

My Mom was a big 50's/60's fan too so I'd be all over Mrs. Brown's Lovely Daughters :-)
Love it! I also like to annoy my boys by singing "Henry the VIII".

Keeping my fingers crossed for some good eat to the beat concerts in November, but traditionally we end up there when there is absolutely no one I care about
I hope you get someone good, or as Herman would say "something good" :rotfl2: couldn't resist. I was kind of hoping for someone we'd never seen before in May since that trip was booked first but I wasn't completely disappointed that it was HH's, but I was totally psyched when we booked our March trip! I would have liked to see Dennis DeYoung though.

Forgive me if nothing makes sense. I'm knee deep in a bottle of wine right now. I mean, it is Saturday night and wine is the Sat night go to of Mom's, right?

he decided to play in his rec league all-star game this past Thursday.
Glad he was able!

I was an absolute wreck the whole time
I'll bet!

Space for Steve and I and Buzz for the boys
Good solution! One of these days...

Proof we rode:
Nice! Btw, nice shirt? I'm gonna guess Hot Topic? Oh and I finally broke down and brought the black laser cut skort - so now I have two - and I bought a white pleated one. How is the Athleta one you bought?

Yeah, played in the dirt with a stick. I laughed and took the picture because he's not your typically "little" kid, and this was such a cute little kid thing to do
Love it!

On to Jingle Cruise!
Looks so fun!

Next up was our 3rd FP for our final ride on BTMRR.
YESSSSSSS!

I'll save the review for my final dining report update
The menu isn't looking so good these days.

There's not enough Pinocchio in the parks, I tell ya!
Agreed. AJ loves him!

stepped into the deep south to visit some bears:
This is a must-do for us!

Oh and Renee @ArielSRL , I'm not making fun of you guys down there with my deep south comment lol! You really can't argue that those bears aren't from the Northeast!
Agreed! ;)

Carousel of Progress
Another must-do!

Monster's Inc., Laugh Floor.
Fingers crossed we get to this is June!

Yup, Steve was THAT GUY :rotfl2:
Nice!

With that, we began that sad walk out of our last park.
Boo hoo!

Unfortunately I don't think so
Oh no! :(

I'll be ready for 2019! I'm totally in; we'll make it happen!!
I wish it could be sooner as I'm in desperate need of a long weekend away! but I'll take what I can get!

Yay for leaving in a week! And yay that Ricky is doing good too!

Aw the stick in the dirt thing is so cute. I've never met Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.

I look a little too excited to be hugging him:

I always look waaay too excited to be getting hugs too in the pictures!

I felt that way about our Jingle Cruise skipper too! Maybe we had the same one.

:rotfl::thumbsup2

Oh yes do a tr for Universal if you have time!

Ahhhh you are so close to your next trip!!! Yay!!

Are you on Instagram or Snapchat ?? If so, we should be friends! I'm ahg611 on Instagram and Ashlegoulette on snapchat!

Loved the up date, dying 0f laughter over Chris "playing in the dirt with a stick" lol!!!

Sounds like you had a great last day- I don't think I've ever ridden the Jungle Cruise but it sounds like this may need a fast pass for May!
