This is my second attempt to purchase and now with the higher price point my agent seems confident I will pass.. although you just never know I'm even more impatient now since I waited three weeks for bad news... Anyone have any positive quick experiences recently?!?.. I wish it could take like 2 days lol mine started this Friday.

I am starting to see people who submitted to Rofr after I did. That happened with the last property I had in Rofr that was taken after three weeks. I am starting to get nervous now that it is going to get taken again. My first property was SSR and my one currently in Rofr is AKL. Ugh. I check my email and junk folder all day! I just want to know!

This is my exact contract in Rofr except it's $78 pp and 28/16, 180/17, 180/18. Same UY. It's making me nervous you submitted after me and have heard back. Congrats btw lol

Hang in there.. I know easier said than done but I believe the right contract will come around. I have Disney planning fever lol so really wish this second one would go through quick so I can book! I'm glad in a way we didn't settle with our SSR contract not that we dont like SSR but our dream was BLT so losing the first made us just go for our favorite location and build our points a little slower we didn't just get distracted by a good deal anymore we thought about it more.

Thanks! When did you submit? Apparantly they must have been working this weekend as several were notified. Maybe your agent got notification but isn't working today since its a Sunday and you will find out tomorrow? Fingers crossed for you!

Submitted 2/28. So only by one day, but one day is stressful lol

My sister is part of DVC and her home resort is AKL we have been mooching off her as she's gracious enough in mean time and it really is a well done resort. You are better off having the home resort advantage at your favorite location for sure.

Why does it take so long to get closing docs? We heard that we passed ROFR on 2/23 and still haven't seen our closing docs. We were told we would get them between 3/10 and 3/25 - ugh! The waiting is killing me.

We heard all the way back on 2/6 and just got our docs last weekend!!!!

I just did the unthinkable and checked in with our contract coordinator. I hope that doesn't put us at the bottom of the pile if they have heard back.
