Almost 46 years ago! February (Almost, Valentine's Day Wk-end) in Canada. It was my husband's Birthday so we chose that day!!

Love the awesome early 1970s attire everyone is wearing, especially the short skirts and coats on the two women toward the right of the photo.

January 2, 2016...just celebrated our 1st anniversary. This was taken at Eight Gables Inn (where we honeymooned) in Gatlinburg by a staff member. This is not one of our professional pics and this isn't the same place where we were married but I loved it and Eight Gables is one of the places that was destroyed in the wildfires recently so this picture is quite sentimental for me.

Our wedding was December 30th, 2013. This is probably my favorite picture from our wedding day. My mom and I were ready for the professional photographer, my husband and father would rather spend time making faces at our friends.

So, due to some military scheduling issues we had two weddings (and FOUR cancelled honeymoons...). We had a small beach ceremony together, than a large ballroom wedding with friends and family a few months later when he was able to come home. I was only 18, but it is over 5 years later and we are still going strong

A few years back, September 11, 1971. Coming up on 46 years.

That day seemed like we waited forever for it to arrive, and then it was over in the blink of an eye.

These are ALL great pictures, I always enjoy when these wedding picture threads come up every so often. I think I have posted on probably 10 of these over the past 18 years here. Always nice.
