Randy - Glad you got down safe and sound with little issue. I think the weather you are talking about is trying to come up the coast and give us some weather too.
So it was a very busy weekend for sure. But I did get the golf cart done and got to do something really cool to help break down the end of the Baltimore Auto Show. But not much on the packing front.
Friday night and Saturday where spent reupholstering the golf cart seats and the final product turned out pretty nice. The blue cart in one or two of the shots is the one we built last year. It was getting some service including new bushings on the rear springs as the original ones had blown out.
She still needs a minor bath and then loaded up on the trailer on Monday. Not too worried about the bath because we usually need to wash them when we get to FW. But the project is DONE!!!!
On Sunday I got a call from a friend to give a hand towing some cars from Baltimore back to Tysons Corner, VA after the Baltimore Auto Sow was done. We had 3 cars to pick up, a 2016 Aston Martin Vanquish, a 2016 Bentley GT-3R and a 2016 McLaren 675LT. Once the show was over drove them out the loading bay doors and down a ways to the transporters. From there towed them to the dealership and offload. Would have loved to make the whole drive but hey better then nothing I always say.
With that fun over and done with tonight I start to load up clothing into the camper, my goal is by Thursday evening I am only doing final checks and being hitched up Friday night and hitting the road 7:30AM Saturday.
