2016 Bounceback Offers

There is a BB offer for 2016 for different dates during the year. 30 percent off for deluxes, 25 percent off at moderates, 20 percent off at values, 10 percent off on suites. However 10/2/16 - 12/7/16 is blacked out! There is a BB discount for 12/8/16 - 12/22/16. The CM told me I could book a December date (or any date with a BB discount), and could call from home to check if October BB discounts had been added. What to do?

I'd book. You can cancel up to 45 days before your trip if anything better comes out. I've heard Disney may be phasing out discounts, but usually offers for October come out in late April. Does the room only bounce back cover June 5-11?! Thanks!

The 2016 packages are 30 days instead of 45.

Does anyone have a list of the dates for the BB RO offers for 2016? I would love to know if our dates are part of the offer.

According to someone on the BC thread: "Free Dining May 31- June 7 & Aug 6- Oct 1, then Room Discount 30% off Beach Club and Yacht Club for the following dates, Jan 3-6, 10-14, 18-21,24-28,30-Feb 4, 7-10,15-18,21-25, 28-March 3, April 3-May 26, May 30-June 29, July 6-Sept 1, Sept 5-October 15, Dec9-22."

So if you put that with PP who says 30% deluxe, 25% moderate, 20% values, 10% suites then you can figure out what you could get. I'm not sire which resorts are excluded (of any).

I've seen the following listed as blackout dates, for example:

Actually, the poster on the Yacht & Beach Club thread did have a disclaimer that the CM was talking fast so she was not sure she had all the dates exactly right. We may have to wait til someone posts the actual in room flyer to know for sure!

I think so, too. The room flyer is likely still showing the FD offer only. I'm checking in on 10/31 & will post the new one if nobody else is able to do it first.

It's a room only discount so I should be able to cancel 5 days prior to arrival.

I'm here now and called yesterday about the RO BB for next year and it only goes until October 1st, not the 15th and then picks up again in December. So disappointed they chose to block out all of October and all of November. We have been booking the RO BB for our October F&W trips the past few years, sadly this will be our last one as I refuse to pay rack rate.

I called back and was given the same info on October dates. Given the crowds that I've seen the last three days, I'm not surprised. Its A Small World had a wait time of over one hour at 11:00 am this morning. Peter Pan was over 90 minutes.

Is there some special process to get notification of a bounce back offer or do you have to call and ask? We've gone the last two years and never once had anything try to entice us to book again. We've already ruled out a third year in a row but I'm curious.

Sounds like the offer may be good if they end up phasing out discounts but that it's otherwise not as good as some of the discounts they offer throughout the year or that you could get via a TA.
