Love the new boards. Sadly I am still unable to use the Dis mobile.
I still have an Error message.

On the DisUnplugged this week Pete said that once the boards were updated that the app will no longer be needed because disboards.com is now mobile friendly just open it up in your browser on the phone.

The family will be staying home today as we are expecting another foot or so of snow. Good timing, though, Mother Nature. We need a bit of decompression time after the last couple of weeks of Spamalot, followed by the Patriots Superbowl victory (gift) last night.

We received 19 inches of snow so far and it is still snowing. I would be able to work from home if there was someone who made it into work to turn on my computer.

Sunday was a good day to stay home and watch the Superbowl. It was a really good game with a very exciting last few minutes.

The new Dis is a little hard to get used to. I haven't figured out where the list of smilies is located.

Can someone tell me what currency is used for the washers and dryers at BC? Quarters, dollars, or credit cards as in POFQ? thanks

It's not super-recent info, but as of August 2014, the machines took quarters. There was a change machine in the laundry room but it was finicky. Next time I'm going in prepared with a bag of quarters. I used the credit card system at AoA earlier that stay and I wish Y&BC would switch over (and get some better washers and dryers!).

Guys I need help badly. I booked a last minute stay for my daughter for the 4th at the Beach Club for her birthday. Can anyone tell me what buildings and floors have been renovated? She has a autoimmune condition so we are doing a light trip and having a fresh new room would a little extra help with keeping her healthy. We check in on the 4th but I was told I cant request a renovated room since they dont know what rooms are renovated by looking in the computer. They said to call back once I knew with the specific area I want. I searched on here but it seems the search function is down. Thanks

I have been hearing reports that about half of the rooms on the 4th floor have been renovated and are being used. I think the other half of the rooms on the 4th floor are undergoing renovations and those sections are not available for stays.

I am on my IPhone now and I am using the browser - no more apps.

Just digging out here and thinking that our ADR window is opening soon, but I can't find a full August calendar yet. Is there any way I can find one?

No way!!! That will be awesome!!! I have almost exceeded my storage limit (even paying extra for Photobucket plus) on one account with the pictures for this thread and my trip reports, and I had to start another account for more pictures. If I don't have to go through the whole Photobucket process to upload pictures I am going to be a majorly happy camper!!!



Although if I have to log in again every time I step away from my computer, even though I say "keep me logged in" I will go batty. Hope that changes soon.

Yes. We are DVC owners, and I have a conference at the Yacht Club! We were able to link the conference reservation with MDE.

When will you guys be there? Maybe the same conference? We will be there May 21-25.

We will be there May 15-20. The number I got from the conference confirmation won't link with MDE? In any case I am super excited! We are surprising out boys with the trip. They are 9&11. We are picking them up from school on that Friday and taking them straight to the airport. I am a big trip planner to this is very odd for me to take a "go with the flow" trip! I have covertly been asking questions like magic band color!

I haven't looked to confirm yet as our August dates are 2/22 for ADRs, but Easy Disney usually has their crowd calendars out, and says EMH etc. Of course everything is subject to change, as Janet & I found out last Aug when we showed up at DHS for morning EMH only to find out it was changed.

Edited to add, it's not JanetMom I was referring to. Another Janet. Just occurred to me people and Janet on this thread may have thought I lost it lol!! Although this DHS mix up did happen last August! But with Janet of The Resort Changers thread
