I can see the reservation in MDE but without any $$ values. I have not received my email yet and I was one of the 'lucky' ones that was able to get in first thing this morning and was done by 7:20am. So...should I be concerned about no email? I have read others had theirs within an hour and I'm sitting here 9 hours later and no email So anyone else still waiting on an email confirmation?

I got an email only when i called back after 1pm to check on my package and she resent it. Still never got the first one

Now after telling me that Pop and AoA are moderates, she's trying to say CBR is not included. Did anyone else get that? HELP!?!

I am honestly curious if I would save more money with an RO??

If it is just me and DH, we want a moderate standard, staying 9 nights, and want the DxDP, will it be better for us to go with the RO, or are we the people who would benefit more from the FD?

I have always gone FD, but heck if the RO is a better deal, I want that.

We asked and was told there was none for our trip time, so it's gp FD. Our TA told me that when she moved us last night, we got the last 2 standard rooms in CS, so she is now afraid they will exclude that. They wouldn't try to push us all up to Deluxe would they? I am praying that PORS opens up after the madness settles down. I thought this was the slowest time of the year but from the way they are closing resorts, it sounds like the busiest.

ahh, yet another thing I'm thankful for!! DD will be 14 for this trip. When she was younger, I enjoyed every minute of her being star-struck by meeting the princesses. 4 visits of waiting in line for those oh-so-sweet pix that I treasure. But alas, she's moved on and now her aim for the trip is getting the best photography that she can capture, enjoying the "Hidden Magic" (she's reading the book for the 2nd time), "Disney-bounding" with me (so much fun!) and doing the thrill rides with big brothers. Don't get me wrong, she still loves pix with characters but when she saw the wait times for Anna and Elsa she said, "oh that is so NOT happening!" and I quietly breathed a sign of relief!

I've been lurking on all the FD threads, but haven't posted. Our real plan is October 22 or 23 to November 1. I watched the craziness this morning but didn't call. I made a call at 4:00 this afternoon and was off the phone at 4:23. No problems other then the auto prompt thinking my phone number was from Las Vegas. (Which is kind of scary, in a way, as I've had the same number for about 20 years.) Very fun and knowledgeable CM. She even updated my information as I recently moved.
I booked All Star Sports for 10/26 - 11/1 with an upgrade to deluxe dining. I only bought two base tickets. So, now I need a RO discount for the first part of our trip. We have tickets that are either one or two days from years ago which we will upgrade. (AP??? ) No doubt they are from a package we booked when we didn't need tickets. The ticket requirements keep us coming back as now I have another set of tickets to upgrade.

I sat on hold this morning from 6 to 7:15 et then I had to hang up to go to work. By the time I got home at noon CS was sold out of standard rooms for my dates. So I booked PoP, hoping for a King. We have never stayed there. I was really hoping for POR, but I am still going to Disney and I have free dining. I just had to upgrade to regular dining instead of counter service.
I will remain hopeful that some of the mod's will open up some more rooms, I don't want to stay at CBR with the chance of still having full beds for the price.

Any word on either PO resort opening up for FD now that so many have switched? I heard they have to have a certain # of rooms available to be included and the only reason why they weren't was because they didn't hit that number for availability. But they have to be by now with all of these people leaving.

I'm so glad today is over. Come Wednesday it will all be crazy again. CMs are all on different pages today. Yesterday's craziness with the Visa It's been a wild ride for sure.

I think I recall you saying that you enjoyed Coronado Springs enough that you rebooked. We will be new to that resort in November. Can you share what you enjoyed about it?

It would be up to Disney I suppose. If enough people left then anything is possible. It hasn't really happened before, but then again, this whole promo release hasn't really happened before either. Everything is new and different so anything is possible.

If I run across anyone talking about it during my internet research I'll pass it along.
