I also tried to book POR and had no luck on the dates I'm interested in. I will still call in the morning and see if I have better luck. Maybe I better come up with plan B!

Heartbroken to see that my dates are EXCLUDED from the FD promo (Nov 30-Dec 7). That's $2200 of dining savings unavailable to me. I already purchased my airfare, so moving my dates really isn't feasible either. Of all the weeks this fall to pick, I pick the wrong one.

Ooooooh no.

Well, now Pop is coming up unavailable for my dates. I guess no FD for me, but I'll still call tomorrow and check. I told you. Murphy's Law. All hail the Queen.........

Hi, I have just read a couple of posts by people who were able to book the new fall free dining plan, and someone even provided a link. However, when I use the link it comes up "error", and when I go to the Disney World web site the new offer is not shown. Here at home, my computer seems to always go to the old format Disney World web site. Have those who have booked only done so through the new format Disney World web site? If so, I may have to go to my office where for some reason that computer gets the new format Disney World web site.

I am now able to see the new FD offer on the old format WDW web site. However, POR has no availability for 5. It seems that the Royal rooms are the only ones with free dining. They only allow 4 people. Bummer!

Looks like the moderate room only discount is only 20% this fall as well ughhh think I am going to bed all bummed out :(!!!!

Congrats to everyone who has got what they wanted !!!

Is it just me or is this a longer stay than was expected? Page 1 says a 3 min. I wonder if this will be a problem for some people.

Melissa

It seems that families of 5 are out of luck on FD unless they plan to book deluxe or FtW cabins (and the cabins are priced at near deluxe level). The deal at POR is only good for Royal rooms. Darn.

yep yep yep...IT'S THERE!!!! Where is my TA when I need her? oh, right sleeping:lmao:

But remember, any TA would have to wait for the phone lines to open in the morning. Anyone who has an existing ressie, whether self booked or TA booked is in the same boat right now - unable to make changes until phones are live.

Maybe that the issue I'm having- we have 5 people. Unfortunately POR is our only real on-site option. Poop!

Just booked free dining at CBR for Sept 29 - October 5th (Free Dining standard View) never stayed there before but wanted to try a new resort anyway. :cool1:

So yes the offer is up online already !!!

If you can deal with on line booking you can do it now !!

Just booked Pop Century Oct 19-27 with FD!!!!! I've spent the better part of the last couple weeks scouring the disboards, I guess now I can actually get back to doing work at work!!

Good luck to everyone!!

:grouphug:

Mannnm. That's crazy. We already have the least amount of options to choose from- only ONE mod, go for the expensive suites or go deluxe. Or book 2 value rooms and cross fingers for conjoined rooms - but for our family it would be about 80 a day to upgrade to TS dining plan. Ouch.

Lots of availability at moderates for Thanksgiving week. Movies isn't showing any availability for a couple of different weeks in Nov. Maybe they're still getting rooms loaded in? I don't care what value I'm at, just so I get something ;)

I already have ressies with a deposit, do I make a new ressie tonite and will they transfer my deposit automatically?
