I have never been to Disney World as it's always been way out of my budget but it's my absolute dream to go. I will rank them in order of ones I'd be most excited for.

1. Magic Kingdom
2. Hollywood Studios
3. Epcot
4. Animal Kingdom

During Most of the Year my family will pick this order:
MK (Fun for the whole family, and easily has enough rides for everyone)
DHS (Great for the teens and bigger kids, plus has my favorite evening show in fantasmic)
AK (Only ahead of Epcot for the animals. My family loves going to the zoo. I could watch the monkeys all day. Plus EE is great)
Epcot (Really only has ONE ride we all like. Wife hates MS and the rest of us think Soarin is borin. The world showcase is cool to visit for an afternoon. Plus, the restaurants are easily the best)

However, if you are traveling during the Food and Wine Festival then:
MK
Epcot (Easily jumps up to 2nd during the Food and Wine Festival. Almost jumps to number one, but you can't beat the mouse)
DHS
AK

HS is not my thing...too tight, only decent rides have insane waits. Just seems too fake.

(Each one is absolutely amazing in its own right; putting MK last doesn't mean it's "worse" at all. And putting EP second is kinda weird bc its the Park we've visited the most over 23 years and is the first one we usually go to.)

Generally speaking MK and EPCOT are in a dead heat for me. I absolutely adore almost everything in EPCOT but MK is really where the magic is for me.

AK would be in third place for me. I did enjoy it but wasn't terribly impressed though I did only get to spend about a half day there so if I had more time to explore I may like it more.

I would be happy just skipping HS. It's just not really my thing, never has been. Before our most recent trip my mom and I were discussing Fantasmic. In all my trips to Disney World I have never seen Fantasmic though I would like to. We discovered the reason we have never seen Fantasmic is because we only spend a half day at HS and when we leave have never felt Fantasmic was a compelling enough reason to come back at night. Maybe someday.
