This may sound strange, but I am thinking of bringing it from Chi..wrapped in wine skins, then walking it on the boat..
I am saving the hotel shuttle for dinner as I think we will need it. Maybe we can do a stop on the way back form dinner..HM>>:scratchin

Dh is in India, and Geoff is working, so it is just me..but I grilled Tuna and had salad..more room for desert!:rolleyes1

We bring wine all the time in our luggage-- several bottles. :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo: We have been doing this at least 4x a year for about 7 years-- never had a broken or leaked bottle. If you are worried, Brookstone has a 12-pack wine carrier that you can buy to transport wine as luggage. That should do it for the trip!:hyper:

Hi all. we're new to DCL. thank you Y et for letting me know qbout this thread. i just read about about the Nursery, is DCL strict on the age minimum for tots to participate in the activities? My twins are 2 at the time of sailing, but will turn 3 on May 22. Seasoned cruisers, do you know if they'll let that slide or should i start looking for available nursery times? thanks in advance :)

i'm on page 20 of this thread, just 76 more to go. look forward to meeting you all.

cheers

THe kiddos must be COMPLETELY potty trained and within a month of turning three to go in the Kids club. That's what they told my daughter in January on the Magic!:teacher:

WE ARE LEAVING ON THE MAGIC pixiedust: EBTA :banana:NEXT:banana: MONTH!!!!!!! :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:
:cool1:

Well I survived hosting our first holiday at my house. I got to use all our new fancy china and crystal we got as wedding presents. It was a blast until I had to hand wash them all! All our Easter baskets were Disney cruise themed and contained stuff I made for our cruise like magnets for the door, lugguae tgs, etc. The Easter bunny also put pins to trade in all of the eggs. Little sister and I tried on and picked dresses to bring. We also discovered we own a lot of the same dresses so we decided to go with it and will match on some nights....Guess my Mom dressing us alike as kids played a role....

Biggest lesson from the weekend, I got along fine with my sister for three days so hoping we can do it for 14+ days! And my nieces are cute and excited.

It was nice to talk and plan the vacation, it seems so close and real!

30 day shred is going well and I started a 30 days squat challenge, hopefully it will pay off!

I do 30 Day Shred about once a week, and the 2-minute cardio sections nearly do me in! :teeth:

I'm the opposite! I could do the cardio all day! It is the strength section that kills me. I am thrilled when I survived the strength and my "cardio break" comes.

Champagne Girls Update

Just got off the phone with Alma.

1. Unlimited tasting for one hour.

2. Not sure which champagnes will be served as depends on what champagnes are on the Magic at the time.

3. No other champagne tasting will be offered on the Magic besides Champagne girls.

I have a thought about the men. We could "allow" about three husbands to be Cabana boys. What does everyone think?

Shirts like the following:

Evening Everyone,

Just in case you haven't had enough alcohol on the trip over the Atlantic, the Blandy's wine lodge have spaces available on a tour of the winery, these are offered at a very reasonable 5.50 euros. Just email Rita Azevedo

pubrel@madeirawinecompany.com

I know some spaces are available at 14:30

;)

That's probably why you're a runner and I'm not...plus the fact that I'm old and I value my joints! ;) I'm about to huff and puff my way through 30 day Shred right now!

I can highly recommend this tour as I have done it and arranged for others to do it.

How close is this to the port? Could we walk there? Also do you know if they allow kids?
