I just paid off our trip!!

50 days until we arrive at the BC!!

Now we just have to get through back to school!! (3 weeks to go for DD, 4 weeks to go for DS)

DH is bummed about HH's refurb and is anxiously awaiting word on what the food and drink options will be....we loved our lunches there last year!

Hope everyone who is there now or headed there soon has a wonderful vacation!

I arrive 2 days after you! Woohoo!!!!

How's everyone doing? What's the "HH" that I hear is closing? Any updates on closures for the beginning of October??

Feel like celebrating! Only 2 more assignments left and my 3rd graduate class for the summer is complete! Then I will having nothing left to do in my spare time but focus on planning for our trip! Good thing since we leave our house in less than 2 weeks!

I can't wait to keep up with all of the live reports going on right now! WOO HOO!!!!!

About the pool... we pack a soft sided cooler in our suitcase to take with us down to the pool. The Hess station across the parking lot from the Boardwalk is a short walk for beer. I personally don't like beer but DH does. I prefer my drinks frozen, fruity, and tropical

Dee~Thanks for the Live report for Lily. I am quietly following along over there. She is such a cutie!! And I love those curls!! The pure joy on Teena and Bob's faces are priceless.

Erika should be mid air right now. I am following along on her Live report too so I am ready for the next installment.

We head out tomorrow for our BC stay! We are only 8hrs away but we will spend the night in Savannah on our way down. It has just become a tradition to stop there. Savannah is a beautiful place to visit and it's our 2nd favorite place to go! All I have left to do is finish packing and we will be ready to roll.

Heading to Canobie Lake Park in NH today for our company outing. It's not Disney, but I'll probably spend a good portion of the day hanging out in the lazy river, floating along and dreaming about being at SAB in 85 days.

We found out that Country Bears Jamboree will be down when we are there in October too. It was down the last time we were there 4 years ago!

Any food and wine experts out there? What can't we miss as we finish planning the trip??

Question ~ How hot is the deck around Storm-Along? My DS has water shoes...but DD doesn't. I've been debating getting some for her because at the last "waterpark" our feed burned on the concrete? Thoughts?!?! Thanks!

I don't know if I'm a F&W expert but we've been quite a few times. Most of the food and drinks are around the WS and easy to find. Over in Future World next to Ellen's Engery Adventure in the old Wonders of Life building they usually have tons of WINE, you can shop for it, taste it, learn about it, they have seminars and stuff. That's a little bit off the beaten path. But the good news is that everything you need to know is in the F&W pamphlet you'll get at the park.

My boys both go barefoot and haven't had any problems with it being too hot.
