Hi Brandi!

I'm doing well, thanks. I had cataract surgery on June 11 and July 2, which made it very hard for me to read. My sight is getting better as time goes on.

I've missed all my friends here . I can't begin to catch up on all the news.

I hope you and David are doing well.

I know that I've missed a lot here, so in case anyone needs a hug or pixiedust .

Brandi - I just wanted to say you were so right about my evil Frankenstein foot, Mark mentioned last night that I'm back walking at my normal speed, which is fast. I'm still hoping it's only a couple more weeks, but preparing to be another six weeks. Still having trouble with stairs as it's so heavy/awkward to lift.

I am so glad to hear that you are doing much better and getting around better. You will get better with each day, I am so glad when I get out of the boot, I can tell you that it took a couple of days to get used to it being lighter, I would pick it high and swing it out, like it still had the boot on...

Hopefully it will come off soon.
