SWAPPERS: See post #1 for tips/instructions for participating in the swap.
The home resort will be the MUSIC due to it's central location (in the middle of the 3 All Star Resorts).
Swappers are welcome to make individual arrangements with the swapper before/after if all parties agree. Example: I am staying at the Sports and so is the swapper after me so it only makes sense for me to leave it at the Sports as long as the next person knows that.
Communication will be important so that there are not any misunderstandings.
It is important that you notify me of any special arrangements so that I am up to speed and can help sort out any snags.
If you offer to leave the fridge at a different resort for the next swapper it is important that you honor that commitment or if for some reason you can't you need to contact the swapper and let them know. No one wants to spend precious vacation time hunting down a fridge that they were counting on using for perishables.
If you do not have a car you can use a rolling luggage cart to transport the fridge. Or perhaps the swapper before/after you will have a car and can help you out. Again, communication will be important.
Swapping in person is the best scenario whenever possible. The less time the fridge spends in luggage storage the better!! ALWAYS securely/clearly label the box with the next swappers info even if swapping in person because things can happen and we don't want a "naked" box floating around.
