We'd gone in to the 'soap' shop in the GF to have a look at nice smelly stuff for when we got back to our apartment that night
and the photographer thought us browsing would make some great shots!

Aww Cam... thanks! We grinned pretty much all day long! It was just so magical! I'll share with you my most magical moment though... Me, my Mum and My Auntie had gone into the restrooms in the GF because my dress needed readjusting. I was standing near the basins when a little girl of about 5 came out of one of the cubicles and she visisbly shook from head to toe and started squealing 'You are SO beautiful'. I mean, that was cute enough.... then she started humming a Viennese Waltz to me which had me blubbing! A cute little American girl who I will never see again was probably the highlight of my day! If she could bottle giving someone THAT Princess feeling she would make a fortune but most importantly alot of hearts swell!

My hair just staggered me! I blubbed when I looked in the mirror after she had done it! I have a pretty short unruly bob and i'm amazed she was able to get it all up and make me look like its really long!

I loved the beach photos too! In fact, me and hubby missed out on dessert so we could head down to the beach to catch the sunset. Our direction from the photographer was (and this is a direct quote)... 'Make out and stuff' I think they turned out pretty well!

We had a fantastic day!! DS was a star the whole day long and everything just felt so 'right'. We had the time of our lives in Orlando but, strangely, we are both glad to be home.

Thank you! I'm still kinda coming to terms with it being me in the photos! I know that sounds a bit bizzare, but i'm very much a 'jeans and converse' kinda girl so looking that girlie astounded me! I can't even describe how visibly shocked hubby was when I walked down the aisle! LOL

I have absolutely NO idea what we were pointing at!!! That pic is my wallpaper now though! OK... It WAS my wallpaper but I just noticed hubby has changed it to a photo of the slingshot on I-Drive which he rode twice... Just to remind me that I chickened out twice! LOL

The sunset was truly beautiful that night, and our photographer kept shaking his camera around a bit to get the colours to streak together. The pic of me by myself looking down at the sand is hubbys favourite... he figures he'll never ever get to see me looking so angelic ever again!

Firstly, I didn't get married on Disney property! Its a long story, but our wedding was arranged about 5 months out AFTER the whole vacation had been booked for months! It was a bit of a last minute thing to get married over there so we had to cut costs dramatically. Some things were way more important to us than others, so we opted to get married in a chapel off property, but have our dinner on property along with a Grand 1 fireworks cruise. We paid around $1500 for our ceremony which included a limo for 3 hours, and 200 photographs (I've seen previews online of them and they look fantastic but we haven't received them yet). Our photographer during our dinner and evening was Robert McClory and we paid just short of $1200 for 5 hours. I'm not sure if this is expensive or not, but we LOVE our photographs. The $1200 was all our images on disc along with the rights to do what we want with them. We had a dinner for 7 (My Auntie who is also one of my best friends pulled off the secret of a lifetime and arrived on our flight with us to join us!) at the Chefs Domaine at Citricos which was around $650, and The Grand 1 was just short of $500. Oh, and I had Laura Kidd at Disney floral dress our table for dinner which was around $260 and it looked brilliant! We took the flowers back to our apartment with us and they were still looking great when we checked out

Thanks Mama! Candid shots were so important to us! I've been married before and had a whole album full of stuffy, formal shots which I really didn't want again! I think the photographer did an incredible job! He took LOADS of photographs of my tattoos and even managed to make them look 'classy' although my Ma would never agree!! LOL
