I didn't want to give an opinion on the beer itself, because that's so subjective and I'm not sure anyone will have tried everything at each location. I'm also not sure what you're looking for. Are you looking for the best overall experience? The best brewery with food available, or one that is basically a tasting room? Plenty of the smaller breweries really are storefronts in industrial parks, so it would really only be about the beer.
That's why I started with the two web pages, to give you an idea of the the general world of breweries in Anaheim, so you could maybe narrow it down first and maybe eliminate ones you'd not want to drive to no matter what (no food, very small, etc.).
Personal favorite is Unsung, followed by Radiant (which now that I think of it is the closest to Disneyland, maybe a mile and a half away). For overall fun, Brewery X is pretty decent too, but it's really large (converted warehouse) and can get busy. Owned by a really nice group of guys though.
I'm an old dude though, so I'll also ask my son, who I'm pretty sure has been to every one of the spots listed on those pages. As to Ballast Point, I think half of his friends work there now, but I don't think any of them spend any off the clock time there.
