I've read that we will need magicbands to get in the pools.Is that true? Will they scan everyone?Do I need magicbands?

You need magicbands, room keys or your phone that shows you and everyone in your party are guests at the resort in order to get into Stormalong Bay. Each of you will receive a special wristband that is good for the day, whenever you re-enter the gated pool area you will have to show your wristband. You can use the 3 other quiet pools at Beach & Yacht Club without showing any ID.

Magic bands make it easy since it doesn't involve carrying something else with you but whatever you use to access your room will work. And yes, they scan everyone. Well, I've never entered with toddlers so maybe not them but not sure.
