We had to get out by 8:30am the next day as we had the coveted Princess Breakfast in Norway at 9:30am. We were the 10th car to park at EPCOT and waited briefly for the gates to open. We rented a stroller and walked to Norway, stopping to admire the flowers and topiaries along the way. We arrived early and were seated immediately. WOW, are those apple turnovers good! We devoured the fruit and breads on the table as we awaited the princesses. The eggs, etc. arrived but DD could hardly eat -- the anticipation was too much. We had the pleasure of meeting Mulan, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Jasmine and Belle. I was surprised to see "blue dress Belle" instead of "yellow dress Belle" but DD was thrilled just the same. What a wonderful breakfast it was! We could've been a commercial: Breakfast with characters -- $60. Digital Camera -- $300. Autograph book and pen -- $6. Capturing DDs face as she met the Princesses -- Priceless!

After applying sunscreen, our first stop was Test Track, but we decided to get FPs after seeing the line. Off to Energy then, where we enjoyed the relaxing show. DD didn't mind the dinos and was eager to tell some of her dino-loving preschool friends all about it. Then back to Test Track. We promised our friends we'd meet up in a few minutes, but it was not to be. We got to the "staging area" where they show the movie, but when the doors opened, no one moved. The ride was stopped. We waited at least 10mins before an announcement was made -- the ride was shut down, but we all got passes to come back later and skip the line. OK, so our "few minutes" became 20 by the time we emerged, but we had a ticket to get on later. We stopped by the Cool station for beverage samples -- watermelon was the family favorite. We managed to meet up with friends in Imagination and had fun creating wacky photos and goofing around.

We went to the Land for the infamous boat ride (what happened to the song?) and decided to skip lunch -- we packed snacks for the kids but none of the adults were hungry. We stopped by the Dog Maze on our way to World Showcase. We passed Canada and went to the UK toy store and were surprised to see Pooh and Eeyore waiting for us! DH and I decided we were too exhausted to continue around the world, so we parted ways with our friends and went back to Norway for the boat ride before a last-ditch effort to ride Test Track. We were thrilled to see the ride in operation and waited less than 5 minutes to ride. DD liked the fast parts. :p

We were both disappointed to be so exhausted as we both love EPCOT, but the heat did us in. We went back for a looong swim in the pool while we did laundry (whoever designed that was a genius!) before deciding on dinner. We chose the Boardwalk and had a marvelous time strolling after a delicious dinner outside at Big River Brewing Company. Back to the hotel to re-pack for our upcoming cruise! Woohoo!
