Whole Foods using Amazon Chase Card for Disney GCs

I haven't seen this mentioned yet - and apologies if I should be posting in the "big" credit card thread - but as far as I can tell, I should be able to use my amazon prime rewards card for 5% cash back by getting Disney GFs at Whole Foods, yeah? No Disney GFs on Amazon, but I know I've seen them in WF stores before.

Trying to maximize DGF savings before upcoming trip to give it that "paid for" allure.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Amazon Prime Visa pays 5% back in Amazon credits, not cash.

You can use them for Shopping, Cash Back (via to your bank or apply to your cc balance), Various Gift Cards, and Travel.

I'm not sure what GF means... Gift Card? If so, the terms say specifically Amazon Gift cards at WF, so not sure if would work. Not 100% sure on that though.

Benefit Overview

You earn 5% Back on Amazon.com and Whole Foods Market purchases with an eligible Prime membership (otherwise you earn 3% Back), including digital downloads, Amazon.com Gift Cards, Amazon Fresh orders, Amazon Prime subscriptions, and items sold by third-party merchants through Amazon.com's marketplace.

Thanks for the replies - I just re-checked myself (and edited title ) and you can redeem points for cash back through Chase. As far as I can tell, any Whole Foods purchases should count. Will ask a rep today to confirm!

According to rep third-party gift cards should qualify! Also, I haven't checked my local WF's stock yet, so YMMV, but a quick google search seems to think they definitely exist in at least some stores.
