which ziplock is a 1 gallon/1 liter?

grrr..
of course our ziplock baggies only have measurements in inches..
can someone tell me which ziplock bag would be the 1 gallon/1 liter bag?

i have the large size freezer bag-and the sandwhich size bag.
is it one of these?

A liter is closer to the size of a Quart Baggie. It takes More than 1 liter to make a gallon. Is that what you need. Is this for your carry on liquids? because I think it is what will fit in a quart size bag per person or carry-on.

You need a QUART sized bag, not a gallon bag or a sandwich bag.

It says "quart" right on the box.

They are 8" x 7".

1 quart (not gallon) equals about 1 liter.

The quart is bigger than a sandwich, but smaller than a gallon. Here are the dimensions from my box of Ziploc Quart Storage bags.

8" x 7" (20.32 cm x 17.78 cm)

You can use a bag that is smaller than these dimensions, just not bigger.

And in SOME airports a SMALLER bag will not pass. (Harry Potter has put a magic spell on quart size bags only. Either that or the folks that run the baggie companies whined to the TSA, we don't sell many quart size, make them use THOSE! Has anyone checked Kip Hawley's stock holdings?)
