Where should we watch Wishes out of the park?

Hi - Just wondering what your "favorite" spot was to view wishes from if you are not in the park? We have reservations on Sat, May 8 at the California Grill at something like 7:30. I now see that Wishes is at 10pm. I was wondering if we should maybe take the monorail over to the beach at the Poly or if there is a better spot?

I don't really want to eat much later....I'll be starving!!! OR...should I?

Any help or advice would be great!!

Standing at the boat ramp at the TTC one night while waiting to make the trip over to the Magic Kingdom we discovered a great place. If you stand there not only do you have a great view the music is also piped in!
