Another long, "brain fried" day! Another trip back to dentist for permanent crown; my dentist wasn't happy with the color with the one they made on Monday so they redid it and finally done today! Spent the last 2 days, #1...trying to "grasp" the LL Multipass vs Single Pass purchase and once I "mastered" that, #2...figuring out our schedule! We can make our reservations tomorrow and thank goodness ALLIE is going to take care of that. Hard to believe we only have 7 days to go but now, pretty sure, we're going to be dealing with another hurricane (HOPEFULLY only a tropical storm) our first day at Disney! Our "meteorology expert" has been following/studying the storm in the Gulf and THINKS we'll just be dealing with a lot of rain...but...she's predicting the center of the disturbance to go directly over Orlando. Keeping a positive attitude though; we've had so many amazing Disney experiences WHY NOT add "a hurricane" to the list!

One of my favorites! My Mom used to make the "German version" and she served them with syrup instead of sour cream. I ATTEMPT to make them sometime but they ARE a "pain in the backside" to prepare; always stop at this booth when we're there for Christmas!

Here's a couple of hints from a long time Jewish educator...Simply Potatos shredded hash browns and frozen chopped onions. Your backside and your family will thank you!
