Anyone out there on the new Points Plus Weight Watcher's plan?

I need some suggestions on snacking type foods with low points. Currently I'm eating popcorn and some seseme crackers from Trader Joe's. I'm looking for crunchy.

I'm also looking for some ideas for sweet items with low points. I love the WW dark chocolate rasberry bars. They are great for 2 points.

Any other food find suggestions?

Thanks!

I can't offer many suggestions on crunchy, because I'm a sweets girl, but it's strawberry season down here, and Publix has them 3 pints for $5. I prepped 3 pints yesterday (sliced with Splenda) and they're almost all gone. I also love canteloupe and watermelon and grapes. If you can find Popchips, they're pretty low in points, but they are hard to find. Oh yeah, pretzel sticks. If you're a chocolate freak (me, me!), you can have 3 Hershey kisses for 100 calories - I think it's 2 pts. Put one on your tongue and just let it melt away...YUM! HTH

Snyders of Hanover Pumpernickel Onion Pretzels, 3 points and they are really good.

I just found some new flatbread thins this week that are very WW friendly. They are made by Wasa and are thin and crispy (unlike their regular flatbread crackers which are like crunching on rocks). Each one is about the size of a graham cracker and is 1 point. I eat two of these with a Laughing Cow lite cheese and it's only 3 points.

They have those Apple straws and Veggie straws - 38 of them for 3 points. They are crunchy and yummy!! I know that they have them at BJ's but they might sell them other places as well.

I like the Special K cracker chips, the sea salt ones. 30 for 3 points I think. (I haven't re-joined WW, but I've been loosely following and lost 4 pounds last week!).

Anyway, those cracker chips...30 is a large serving! 15 actually satisfied me!

Jolly Time popcorn has 1 point per serving. The whole bag is about 3 points.

Caramel rice cakes, also the cheddar ones are awesome.

Snyder's Pretzel nuggets are amazing and very low in points, also.

Aldi's has a Fit and Active that has great alternatives. I love their chocolate drizzled rice cakes and their yogurt covered raisins.

Since I'm a snacker I need all kinds of snacks that keep me from straying. There are loads of alternatives on this program which is why I love it! :thumbsup2

Popchips -- you get a huge serving (at least 22, depending on the flavor) for 3 pts., plus the barbecue flavor is a little spicy, so you are satisfied with less.

Chiquita Banana Bread Mix -- if you cut it into 12 pieces, it is 3 pts per slice, and a relatively healthy snack, particularly if you are watching your cholesterol. Very easy to make, too!

One of my favorite snacks is to cut up 2 mini light babybel cheeses into 12 pieces each, and have that with an apple or serving of grapes. It's a 3 pt snack, but I feel very satisfied, plus I got some dairy.

I love to use yogurt and take frozen berries(thaw in the frig) Scoop of thawed berries with juice on top of yogurt. My go to breakfast. If you have not tried the new lemon mousse bars from your meeting, wow they are sooo good. I ate the whole box in 2 days. I refuse to purchase them again. :)

I am not on WW but I love crunchy savory foods and I am a snack.. the pop chips are definitely great as is the special K chips.. seriously the whole box has only like 300 calories..
i also love the wasa bread with the laughing cow cheese.. and the kettle corn 100 calorie bags.. those are great as well..

these days though lots of snacks are packed with fiber and when your on WW thats one of the things that you should be looking at..

I start my day off every morning with Kashi Go Lean crunch.. 200 calories for a cup.. but 8 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein.. and its yummy..

I love Triscuits - Cracked Pepper and Olive Oil variety. They are 3 points for 6 of them. They are nice and crunchy and have a lot of flavor!
