Does anyone know if the CS and TS places will warm baby food for you? Or is there a way to do it myself? My 9 month old will eat his food room temp if he has too, but some of that stuff just looks more edible when it is warmed. :lmao:

I used to ask the counter service restaurants to give me a cup of hot water (like they used to make cocoa or coffee) and they had no problem whatsoever. I also told them what it was for. I simply "dunked" the jar in the hot water to warm it up a bit. The first two years, we didn't do the table service meals so my son's baby food stage was over by then. So..sorry, can't help you with that one.

thanks! i had thought of that, but i wasn't sure if they'd allow glass jars into the parks. if they do, then that would be much easier. i had planned on putting the food into sealable plastic containers to take to the parks, but maybe i won't have to.

If you are going in the summer just lay it out on the sidewalk for 5 mins and it will be hot! :) Actually I don't have any real suggestions other than the water...I would assume that they couldn't heat it in the back for health regulations.

well since you can't microwave baby food, there isn't another better way than to get a half cup of hot water that you can place the jar into.

We often carried a small thermos for warming, since our DS wouldn't eat baby food cold either. It works great. Just fill the thermos half full of boiling water. It will stay hot until you return to your resort for nap time.

Bring an empty thermos to the airplane if you are flying, and the flight attendants will fill it half way for you....works great!

Have a great time!

You can't bring the glass ones in. However, I think I remember seeing bottle warmers (and maybe a microwave) at the baby care centers. Try asking this question on the Dis w/ Families board. That board was such a great resource for me last year when my son was 8 months old.

I would think they would allow glass baby food jars. They even sell them at the Babycenters. They are cheap too.

I would try the hot water. I myself am lazy and have never heated babyfood. Room temp all the way except when it's cold leftovers from the frig. And I wonder why my babies went to table food so fast?:rotfl2:

Epcot:
The Baby Care Center is inside Future World's Odyssey Center.

Disney-MGM Studios:
