I don't think it's quite as tough as it once was. I had a trip this year that was booked about a month out, and there was pretty wide availability for lunch reservations at Beaches & Cream across all the dates I was traveling (had a great patty melt and split the No Way Jose when I was there). So booking right at 60 day mark should be a sure fire way to grab whichever time slot and date one wants for this restaurant. I know for a while this was a pretty hard to get reservation, but seems like the hype has died down a bit.
