Hi! I'm a 25+ year DVC member with many successful rentals. This year I have 360 October points that my family won't be using. Points must be used by September 30, 2025. I'll be happy to check availability same day for you if you supply the following:

Number of Adults:
Number of Children (infant-17):

I will check availability and share that with you same day. To complete the reservation I'll need your guest info, after which I will book your room and send a simple rental contract. The completed rental contract via email and full payment is required through Venmo or Paypal (you pay fees if required) when you receive the DVC confirmation email, a screenshot of the booking, and a finalized contract.
