Happy new year! With the demand on the Boardwalk property, I felt like I should start renting points now, even though it's a year away. I can start renting them Jan 1st for next December. Even at the 11 month window the value studios can be challenging to get. We have rented many times on this site. Disney makes the process easy. With the my experience app, you can link your vacation and start planning right away!
First, the boring stuff. We need to know:
The dates you want to stay
Preferred room and view
All the names of the people in the party
Address, phone and email of the primary guest
We have a standard contract and use Paypal for payment. That adds 3% to the final total. You'll pay half after the reservation is confirmed. The other half will be due 90 days out.
Now the fun stuff...It's time to book your vacation!!!

We are looking to go to Boardwalk Sun., Mar. 30 - Fri., Apr. 4. A studio should be fine as it's two kids and two adults. It won't let me message you, but do you have availability for those dates? Thanks so much!
