Universal Studios Florida Review

Another great review!

Just curious, on a scale of 1 to 10 how busy would you say the parks were when you were there?

I know that getting there before 'rope drop' is key but was wondering how heavy the crowds were later in the day. I love how you indicate what time you left the parks - gives us newbies a gauge of how much can be done. I'm planning our trip for Dec and was just trying to factor in how much we might see with the extra crowds.

Also, if you don't mind, what's a "walk back?" :confused3

cheers,

I totally agree on your review on The Simpsons. While it seems like a lot of waiting for a relatively short line early in the morning, the ride was probably the best I have ever been on by combining thrills with comedy - I couldn't stop laughing through the whole ride.

Lets see, we were there on a monday and tuesday. The crowds outside the lines on both days were very very slim but some of hte lines started getting pretty long as we left. I would say all together both parks the crowd level was probaly a 6 but I am just guessing here as we didnt stay all day at either park. It was very managable. In fact City walk seemed more crowded than the parks but maybe its because the City walk area is not as big as a park.:confused3

It's where the staff at Disney walk in front of the guests at a controlled pace, leading the way back to the attractions from the ropes at opening.

It tends to keep down the stampeding, pushing, etc.

I like it.

Great review, I'm going to look for your other. We've not yet been to either park "on the other side" and may consider at least trying U.S. based on your comments.

Thx a mint for the extra info, cannonballer & Pax! :goodvibes

cheers,
