Universal resorts with dog - recommended restaurants?

I booked a last minute 4-night stay at Sapphire Falls for next month and we're bringing our dog. It's our first time staying at one of the Universal hotels - we usually do off site if we go to Universal Studios, but we really liked how Loews hotels were dog friendly! That being said, I'm not familiar with the restaurants at Sapphire Falls (or at the other universal hotels) and am looking for some recommendations. What are some of your favorite places to eat? Any must-tries? And are there dog-friendly restaurant options like with outdoor seating?

You won’t be able to take your dog to any of the restaurants. The ones at the hotel are fine. You will enjoy the boat to Citywalk. We like Big fire at Citywalk.

Is this a service dog or a pet?
Service dogs are allowed everywhere with the person for whom they perform a service.
A pet will be allowed in your room and in the pet designated areas of the resort...which are mostly courtyards so the pet can relieve itself.
No restaurants, or the outside seating, for the pets.

When we brought our dog and stayed at RPR, we brought him to Jakes with us and sat in the outside seating (just under the hotel's entryway.) But we couldn't bring him into the pool area. So the Bula Bar's outside seating would be off-limits.
