I'm taking my 82-year-old, thrill ride-lovin' mom to Disney in a few months. I took her on Tron in 2023. She loved it, but she has a knee issue and she found the pressure uncomfortable. (It needs to be replaced, but she doesn't want to deal with a lengthy recovery so has been getting it injected regularly with her ortho's blessing, instead.) Has anyone worn protective gel kneepads or similar on Tron, or is there any reason why this might present a problem?
I know there is a seat in the back, but when I floated that idea, she told me, "No, way, we have to be in the front or it isn't worth riding."
Unfortunately, that is also her attitude about Space "The Bruiser" Mountain, which I avoid if I can.
Thanks!
