Transfer and Resale question

I am all resale. Could a Riv owner transfer Riv points to my membership so that I can make my own bookings or is the only option for them to book for me and give me confirmation number? Just trying to see how to best dodge around these restrictions!

Also, if I have two uy and I want to transfer to someone my akv points off of one membership, could they transfer me their points of a resort i dont own into my other membership.

Also trying to get around the only one transfer rule and seeing if there's another perk to having two uy!

Yes if you have two different use years they are different memberships. Each membership is allowed one transfer in or out in each year. I have 5 different contracts all the same use year contracts are numbered xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx.1, xxxxxxxx.2, xxxxxxxx.3 etc. I can only transfer one time a year.

Once the transfer is complete, you should see a virtual contract for the transferred Riviera points.

While the RiV points would be eligible via the transfer, your account might still not show RiV.

You might need to call. Since all my memberships are eligible, I don’t know if that alone would change the booking way the account it set up.

Keep in mind the other owner would also need to have 2 memberships since their one transfer would be used up when you transfer your AKV to them.

Great to know, I'll have to ask when I decide to swap, didn't think about that one, always another rule thanks!
