Trader Sam's Timing Question

This is another question about timing for Trader Sam's, but not exactly like what has been asked before. I know it may be hard to say, but what time would you guess would be the latest time you could put your name in and still be able to get in before 8pm? We don't mind waiting, but will have kids with us and I know it becomes adults only after 8pm. Actually I guess we'd need to get in before 7pm to still have time to actually enjoy ourselves before the kids would need to leave.

I can line up right at 1pm if I have to, but we had plans to visit a water park that day (check-in day) and originally our flight was getting in at 8:30am so we had a ton of time. Now we don't get in until 10:30am and I'm trying to figure out if we still have time to hit up the water park. We don't need hours there since we aren't really huge water park people. A couple hours is enough, but that would still probably mean we couldn't get to Trader Sam's before 1pm.

FWIW, Trader Sam's is the bigger priority because I am taking my brother who has never been there and really wants to go.

It probably depends on the day of week but we were there on Friday and at 5pm we were given 3-4 hour wait. I would say 3pm maybe 4 at latest should get you in before 8.

Yeah I'm starting to think we may just skip the water park. There are 5 of us which I'd imagine is larger for Trader Sam's.

With a party of 5 I definitely recommend trying to get in with the first wave of guests so you can get seats together.
