OK it's almost time and I'm so excited! You guys have been so helpful, so I'm going to try a few more questions:

1. Is there a trolley or some company that does a "Tour of Toronto?"

2. How far a drive is it from Toronto to Niagra Falls? Is it an easy drive/easy to find? Is this a 1/2 day or full day?

3. Shopping: We will be staying next to Eaton Centre. What else would you recommend?

Thanks so much for any replies!!!

I don't go into Toronto very often even though I live about 30 min. away. Toronto to Niagara Falls is about 1 1/2 hrs. away if you don't go in rush hour traffic. It is easy to get to. You get on the QEW and keep on it till you get there basically. It takes me about an hour to get to Niagara Falls.

There are a couple companies that have tours of downtown Toronto. I don't know their names (I've never needed to use them :p) but if you ask at the front desk/conceirge, they'll point you in the right direction.

Niagara Falls is about 1.5-2 hrs away ... like tigercat said it really depends on the traffic. Hop onto the Gardiner Expressway and it will take you to the QEW. I haven't been to the actual Falls in quite sometime ... I usually just go to shop across the border though *lol* ... Let's see, there are the Maid of the Mist tours, the casino, gardens and there are wineries a little further away from the Falls that you can tour. Marineland (sort of like Sea World) is also out there ... I would make the trip at least 1/2 a day.

You might want to check out Yorkville (Yonge/Bloor) area. They've got some unique (though some are higher-end) shops... there are some nice outdoor cafes and pubs too. Chinatown isn't too far away from the Eaton Center (Dundas/Spadina), there are quite a few restaurants there. If you like clothes, you should check out Queen St (between Spadina and University Ave.) ... You could also go to Harbourfront...

HTH :p

If it rains, you can go underground and shop!

There is an information shop inside the Eaton Centre where you can pick up some more info. Can't remember which side it is on but if you ask at the info desk they will be able to tell you!

Try going to Toronto.com for more information.

Have fun at the Bon Jovi Concert!
