Yes, Just closed on VGF on a contract through them. No major issues. Confusion at the start due to sellers not know how many previous points they had available. Worked with Thomas. Closing costs were higher but they offered a refund pending return of closing docs and payment within a specific time frame. 5 days i think? Received that check this week just a few days after closing. Now just waiting for the letter from Disney with our new account info!

I will echo the comments above. Worked with Steven, went smooth, got a refund, and negotiated a price based on the higher closing costs. No issues
