According to the website of TC Airlines you can book your meal in advance, but for once I'm stumped at how this works. When I click into booking it, it gives me a choice between child, diabetic, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu's, but if I choose any of them, it doesn't give me any more options. So does it mean I don't have to prebook our meals if we're just having regular food?

That's correct you only need to pre-book if you want something out of the ordinary.
